This recently redecorated10th floor, 2b/2b (1K, 1Q, 1S pullout sofa) condo unit is on the sunny south side of Towers Grande, a private, secure luxury condo building right on the beach. Views of the Ocean and inter coastal waterway. There are 2 outdoor pools, 2 spas, exercise room, common room with pool table and garage parking. It is centrally located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Daytona has many family friendly attractions (water parks and the manatees) in addition to the Daytona 500 International speedway. Daytona is about 1-1.5 hrs to Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, Disney theme parks, Orlando and Jacksonville. WiFi, cable. No pets. 2 week minimum rentals; 1 month minimum during winter months.

Great trip to Daytona Beach

Condo location is great, communication with owner was excellent, some items are a little tired. People in building are very friendly. Parking was very convenient. We had a great time here.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Spent two beautiful weeks in Daytona Beach from the 27th of April to the 11th of May, 2022. Beautiful condo in the Towers Grande Condominium. Very secure property and the condo itself was well equipped with everything you would need. The private balcony offered wonderful views of both the ocean and the intracoastal. Evie was great to deal with. Responded promptly to any questions I had. My only complaint was that I didn’t get to spend enough time in the unit as the weather was so nice. I spent all my time outside. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Evie

Amazing Beach Place

The condo was beautifully furnished and very spacious! The views were amazing. Our family and friends had an amazing time here. We look forward to going back. The owner was very hospitable! Lots of great memories made here.

Winter home in Florida

Winter home in Florida. We were very pleased with the condo unit as our winter home. The owner of the unit was very gracious and easy to work with on any issues we had. We enjoyed our stay on the southside of the condo building since it was exposed to the sun for most of the day and blocked the wind from the north.
