MESSANGES, pleasant terraced house in a small residence, with a quiet environment, in a residential area, on the edge of the forest and the bike path. The beach is only 3 km away! Rest, cycling, surfing, walking in the forest... you will be spoilt for choice.
Composition: pantry with washing machine. Living room with sofa, TV, bay window overlooking the terrace. Open and equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave. Separate toilet. FLOOR: bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet. BEDROOM 1: double bed, closet. BEDROOM 2: double bed, closet. BEDROOM 3: 2 single beds. TERRACE with garden furniture, 2 sunbeds - GARDEN fully fenced - Private parking. Capacity: 6 people. A contribution to charges of €40 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 110€).
