Back on the market for the 2022 season!

This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath newly renovated townhouse has every amenity including a large deck overlooking Long Point. Newly renovated, you will appreciate the privacy of 2 bedrooms on separate floors, each with en-suite baths. There is also a half bath off the open concept bright living room. This is the perfect spot to sit or dine on the spacious deck and watch the boats and passers-by on Commercial Street. There is also a beach just steps from the front door, as well as many of Provincetowns best restaurants and bars. We look forward to having you as our guests!

Great place just off Commercial St!

Stay was perfect! Place was immaculate and as described. No complaints, all was comfortable and well equipped. Only recommendation I would have for the owners is that since the place sleeps four, it would have been nice to have four beach chairs, but not a big deal at all. Loved our stay!

Best condo in Ptown!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and will absolutely book again. The location can not be beat and the decor, layout and front deck are incredible.

Excellent Property

A perfect place to stay! Love the location, view of the water and close to great restaurants and galleries. Well stocked kitchen and beautiful interior. Great communication with David. Don’t let the secret out… but definitely the best place in town. We’ll be back!

Great location and beautiful property. The deck is fantastic and invites a “sip and smile” vibe. Just a great time!

WOW - How Perfect!

The listing is a billed! Great space for 4. 2.5 baths; kitchen with all the gadgets needed... and lede buried... An outdoor space that was AWESOME! Not to mention a perfect location just east of center of town!
