Unbelievable harbor views, central location, parking for one week+, wifi incl.

One bedroom, minimum 3 nights Sept 9 - June 2 in low season. Weekly stays with Saturday turnovers during the summer. Free cancellation up to 30 days beforehand, then full refund if I rent it for those dates by 14 days prior to arrival date. Will keep 50% of total fee if cancelled or not rented two weeks before arrival date, 75% if cancelled one week or less before arrival. Central location across from the library, facing the bay, walk everywhere, includes parking if needed (10 min walk) for weekly stays, cable, TV, AC, queen bed in bdrm, modern sun-blocking see-through screens, hardwood floors, electric fireplace, claw foot tub, galley kitchen, living area, bedroom, & private deck overlooking courtyard below & harbor, beach steps away. Linens & towels provided. Coffee maker (Keurig and espresso), toaster, fridge, oven, microwave, free wifi.

Great location and the included parking pass was convenient to have. Place was clean and good size living space. Kitchen is a bit small but functional. Clawfoot tub could be a little tricky getting in and out but we didn’t have any problem. I would come back to stay.

Ideal Location

We loved the location of this rental. It was a few minutes walk to the best restaurants and convenient for strolling down Commercial. Despite its location, it was perfectly silent for sleeping. We would stay again.

Cozy little condo overlooking the water. If location is what you are after, you found the perfect spot! We couldn’t ask for a better location. The owner was super responsive and check in was a breeze. The house was clean and tidy. Perfect for solo visitor or couple!

All about the location and view.

We have stayed two times. The location is great -within walking distance to anything you'd need. The view is everything. We stayed once in February and, even on days when it rained or snowed, the view was magical and made it feel like a vacation.

Communication about logistics plus additional suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, etc. ahead of our stay were very helpful. Check-in process was seamless. Place was great; quaint, very clean, had everything we needed, gorgeous view, and perfectly central to P'town happenings.

Great location for price

Considering so many rental properties exist at this price point, you can’t go wrong for the value. It’s ideally located near the east end. Right next to an awesome coffee/martini bar and being on the second floor toward the back you don’t hear anything. We had a minor issue upon arrival but the host eventually resolved the issue and even compensated us for the trouble. Just be warned, even with the ample living space, if you are a bigger traveler, over 6 ft and 230 lbs. some things might seem a bit tight. Nothing can be done about that, that’s on us.

It is hard to know how to respond to a review from someone who made no complaints and never indicated that there were any problems, before or after their stay. The weather wasn’t great, but hardly a reason for a 2 star review. People who came after and just left were very positive so I really dk what to say.

Heart of Ptown condo

The check in was fairly easy. The keys to the condo door were difficult to work most of the time. The tub did not have any handrails or a bar to hold on to. We are agile adults but felt uneasy in the tub, getting in and out. The recycling and trash deposits were noisy early in the am. The view off the back deck was incredible. The property manager was quick to respond to a TV issue. Included beach towels were a nice touch. Great coffee shop next door. As always PTown is a wonderful getaway.

Great getaway

This property is as described and in an awesome location in the heart of the action of Ptown yet somehow the space itself is calm and quiet. The views from the space are beautiful, and the apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Directions for check in were seamless as was all communication with the host. We were sad to leave and hope to stay again soon!

Great location and solid accommodations

Comfortable accommodations located in the heart of downtown Provincetown. Don't let that scare you, facing the water and sun with a deck. It was peaceful and we got a good night sleep with the windows open and the breeze. All the basics to cook if you choose. Even cable TV if you have a rainy day or just needed to stay in.

Great location and view. Functional but not fabulous.

Had everything we needed in a great location and with a wonderful harbor view from the balcony and inside. Rooms and furnishings are basic and showing some wear, which detracted some from the experience. But the price was fair, and the owner was very thorough and responsive in providing information.

Great view and location

The view is great and the location amazing! Another reviewer said it was bright which makes sense with all the windows and recommended an eye mask. I got one in the travel section at CVS and had no trouble sleeping until I woke up. The property is a little older, but clean and tidy. I love the Harbor Lounge just outside. It’s a perfect place for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Thanks for a great stay!

Based on a prior suggestion to bring an eye mask, we replaced a lighter window shade with a darker one to more completely block the light when the sun comes up. The rest of the many windows have custom-made, see-through, black light blocking shades that help keep the apartment cool while preserving the magnificent view.

So beautiful.

We stayed at the condo during July of 2018 and found it to be one of the most charming, beautiful places we've ever stayed. The view is stunning - you can see the fishing boats, dolphin watching fleet, and fast ferry from Boston. The moon was almost full at night over the harbor. Elisabeth was extremely helpful and kind. We will return!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is beautiful--loved the light filled living room and desk overlooking the harbor. Kitchen was well supplied; bed was comfortable. Great neighborhood. My partner is a stroke survivor and sadly, she had trouble navigating the steep, dark stairway. The bathtub was a real problem for her--it was difficult for her to get in and out of it.

Amy, thank you for your review. I’m glad you liked the apartment and location. I’m sorry that the stairs were difficult for your partner, but there is a light switch at the top and bottom of the flight, so I am unclear as to why you describe it as dark; there is also a handrail on one side. I can see how climbing in and out of the old-fashioned tub could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. We did not advertise this as a handicap accessible apartment, but will see if we can find a way to make it easier for folks. Again, thank you for your feedback.

We are a lesbian couple with an adopted daughter from Guatemala. One of us (Lis) is originally from the Netherlands and the other (Carmen) is originally Cuban/Mexican; we have been living in the U.S. for many years now and we are U.S. citizens. We are both professors at universities in Boston, as well as clinicians. We bought the unit before we adopted our daughter as a getaway near Boston for ourselves and our dogs (unfortunately, condo rules prohibit pets other than those belonging to the owners), and continue to spend Thanksgiving there every year with a bunch of friends who travel in from other states for the occasion. With a young child we have connected with a number of Provincetown families and discovered more activities, including bicycling around, sailing at the West End Race Club, horse riding in nearby Truro, and the weekly music evenings in summer at the new beach station at Herring Cove with bonfires. Hanging out with friends in the afternoon at the Harbor Lounge or Provincetown Inn swimming pools (shuttle available) is another thing we've come to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Living in Boston, we fell in love with this place when we were looking for a cozy, gay-friendly place where we could take our dogs for summers, long weekend getaways in the fall, and snowy winter breaks. The views out the windows and from the deck are simply spectacular! We love the convenience of being steps away from everything. The town beach is in front of you, and you can take long walks morning and evening. Walk out the door and you are on Commercial Street and in the midst of everything, with the library across the road. Take a right out the door and in minutes you are in the midst of the galleries in the East End, and nothing beats the fun of strolling down Commercial on a Friday evening and dropping in for gallery openings with wine and cheese and a chance to chat with the artists! Or take a left and you can people watch in front of the Town Hall, shop downtown,go dancing at one of the clubs, or grab a bite at one of the wonderful cafes and restaurants. You can walk to the West End, take a bike or bus to the dunes or the Provincetown Inn pool, or check out the other nearby beaches. Never a lack of things to do!

What makes this property unique

Waking up in the morning and glimpsing the sunny water from bed is a wonderful experience, and dinner looking out over the harbor lights is very romantic. Have drinks on the deck, and people watch from your private nook above the courtyard. The apartment combines both privacy and convenience. Just about everything is no more than a short walk away. The unit is a single flight of steps up from street level and in the back of the building facing the water, so noise is minimal and there is a real sense of privacy in being 'above it all'. There is wonderful old clawfoot tub to soak in, and an electric fireplace and cable TV.
