Welcome to our La Hacienda West Wing Villa!
Our most desired villa with the most spacious accommodations. La Hacienda is nestled in the huerta amongst mangos, palms and farmland. Our compound of villas is on the outskirt of town which makes it quiet and peaceful however walking distance to the ocean, convenient to everything you could desire while on vacation, beaches, surf, pickleball, town shops, galleries, music, wine bars and some world class restaurants.
Our property offers guests privacy, peace and comfort they need to unwind and leave the everyday schedules, meetings and stress behind.

Family or friend groups may choose to book all 3 villas, so they have the option for privacy, yet they are able to conveniently merge together for pool time or meals. It's truly a place where you can enjoy each other or have quite down time in your own villa.

Our gated entryway to the enclosed compound assures our guests peace of mind and the hidden treasure of our tranquil quite property.

Location and amenities

Kim's Hacienda is ideally located near restaurants and markets. It is a short walk to the beach to see whales and turtles. Kim has added incredible art and furniture to make this a special place to stay. She has provided everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Hacienda de Pacifico was magnifico! The unit was spotless. The outdoor area was too. There was a beautiful pool and lounging area outdoors that was a common area. The West Wing Villa was spacious and lovely with a private terrace. All the amenities included. Kim, the owner, doesn’t miss a thing. Everything needed for a stay is here. Even reusable shopping bags, beach towels and beach bag. The internet is pretty slow and sometimes spotty. If you’re doing a working vacation, be aware. Zoom/service dropouts happened. Not too frequently. Amy, the property manager is the true gem here. She solved every issue promptly (not that there were many, just a couple) and was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She had some good suggestions for dining and activities too. Elvia the housekeeper was also fantastic! The A/C was cold and very nice on hot days. Great hot water, plus a super kitchen and complimentary drinking water and local coffee were a nice touch. We look forward to our return visit!!

Nice comfortable old style hacienda style suite

We stayed in the West Wing Villa for a week in January and were happy with the nice step-up and comfort. Everything as advertised in the listing. We liked the outside communal pool area for daylight and sunshine. We moved to the smaller Pool Villa for the last part of our stay as we preferred its modern bright feel. Very quiet secure location. Kim had great helpful suggestions on where to visit, latest restaurants and obviously loves the Baja.

Incredible Todos Santos Hacienda

We stayed at Kim's Hacienda for 4 weeks, and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place. We loved the location in the La Cachora neighborhood and the hacienda was a short walk to the beach and close to town. We had a great time riding our mountain bikes into town and on the nearby trails. The hacienda was great for us and our friends, and we loved having the entire place to ourselves (we rented all 3 casitas). The gardens are lovely, the casitas were well stocked, and Amy, the property manager, was very welcoming and responsive. We had an amazing time and highly recommend La Hacienda Del Pacifico!

Perfect getaway!

We had a great stay at La Hacienda. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated that the linens were fragrance free. The property location was perfect for proximity to great restaurants, and the dipping pool was a real treat in the warm afternoon. Definitely recommend this place.

On our Trip to Todos Santos we had 3 days to explore. We explored the town of Todos Santos, Cerritos beach and Balandra Beach near La Paz. We loved everywhere we went and will certainly be back.

A friend and I flew down to surf , the hacienda was centrally located between all the surf spots and beaches we wanted to check .. Mothernature provided the surf 🙏.The hacienda provides the naps ..Special Trip ..and the hosts Angie and Chuck made it easy .. highly recommendable!

Great relaxing vacation!

We stayed here for 8 days - it was lovely. Stayed in the West Wing, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. We were able to have breakfast there each morning (full kitchen), eat in the courtyard. We were the only ones staying at the time, so we had the pool and pool area to ourselves, which was nice. Chuck and Angie were wonderful, I would love to return again.

Chuck and Angie's Place

Chuck and Angie have built a beautiful place that is attractive and the details of construction remarkable. The pool in the courtyard is perfect and a good place if there is a little wind as the high walls protect you. The location is good, a little north of town and away from the mid-day tourist crowd. A short walk down the road to the beach to watch whales and Alas Pelligrosas (Dangerous waves) that show in themselves. We stayed 10 nights and will be back.

An amazing place to stay

We stayed in the studio apartment and it was perfect for a couple. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and such a comfortable bed. There was a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. This is a beautiful home a few miles out of town in a mostly agricultural area. It was very quiet, yet easy to get to. Good parking and very safe. It's an easy 10 minute walk to a breathtaking beach, and an easy drive into Todos Santos. I highly recommend a stay with Chuck and Angie, they were perfect hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Home away from home

From the moment we pulled into the gates of the property we were oohing and awing. This is one absolutely gorgeous home. Every detail spectacular. Chuck and Angie were amazing hosts, amiable and warm. Our only regret was not staying longer. Todos Santos is a great location, so much to do, wonderful restaurants and don't forget to visit the release of the baby turtles.

An Oasis in Todos Santos

My wife and I spent 2 months in West Wing apartment. We had been to TS before and knew the area we wanted to stay in. This perfectly located apartment offers a great balance of Mexican design/art and modern convenience. The apartment was well suited to a long or short stay. Chuck and Angie could not be more kind and helpful. They really added value to our trip by helping us find great restaurants, galleries and local sites. You won't be disappointed .

wonderful place

I stayed with Chuck and Angie for 12 days in January and had a wonderful, relaxing and productive time. I came down to Todos to see the music festival in town and to get some work done (I'm a writer) during the days. I stayed in two of the three rooms when I was there (the pool house for most of the time and the studio for the last few nights) and both were very well kept, perfectly clean and comfortable. Chuck and Angie were excellent hosts, kind and considerate, and fun to talk to, which was a great bonus. But of course they give you all the space you need, too. I had a very laid-back and dreamy time. I recommend it to all my friends and to you, too.

A perfect intro to Baja!

My husband and I came to Todos Santos a week before a cruise on a small boat out of La Paz, and Steve and Troy were our knowledgeable, friendly, helpful hosts. We stayed in the west wing, and it was so comfortable and welcoming--we loved the quiet, the lovely art and furnishings, and everything we needed could be found in the kitchen. Steve gave us terrific tips on how to make the most of our week, and we did everything he said to do, and we were not disappointed. Great restaurants, amazing sunsets with turtle hatchlings, dancing on the beach at Los Cerritos, a walk to the old port--the list goes on and on! We're already thinking about a family trip over the Christmas break....

Perfect in every way!

What a great vacation! La Hacienda was exactly what I was looking for. The property was beautiful and the West Wing was well appointed, beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable. I loved that hammock!!! The town of Todos Santos really is magical- I could go on and on about the beaches, the food, the galleries, the people....all just delightful!! The best part of my stay however- hands down, was the exceptional service that Steve and Troy provided! They are the best! So helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I cannot wait to go back!!!

Just the perfect location to reboot life. We spent a night in Cabo - and while we had a blast, we could not get away from the crowds fast enough. Todos Santos has all amenities needed (good restaurants, gift shops, etc.) to make for a good vacation - but the best part is the serenity we found. La Hacienda could not have been more perfect - Chuck and Angie are welcoming and gracious hosts. Our room was beautiful, had everything we needed, and the bed/sheets were very comfortable. The property is so charming and lends itself to a very relaxed vibe. Beach is a few minutes walk, was postcard worthy and virtually empty. This is where you want to stay when you need a time out from life. Peace, beauty and charm surround you and it is virtually impossible not to find true contentment.

Excellent place to stay in Todos Santos

We stayed in the pool house for a week. It was great to be close enough to town to go out to dinner, but also have a kitchen, and plenty of room to relax. Lots of tourists come up to Todos Santos for the day from Cabo, but it was a great place to stay for a few days. There are lots of good restaurants and galleries to check out, while avoiding the crowds and overpriced eateries of Cabo. It's also only about a ten-minute drive to Los Cerritos, which is the best beach for surfing / boogie boarding / getting a massage. Chuck and Angie are gracious hosts, and the property is very clean and well-maintained. There was another group staying on the property while we were there, but it still felt very private and comfortable. The pool house has its own kitchen, a huge, comfortable bed, and amazing shower. It also has its own covered patio, with dinette table and chaise lounge. It is also a short walk up to Pino's Market, which has all kinds of provisions, and La Esquina, a yummy brunch spot. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and off the beaten track, but with easy access to restaurants, shops, the beach, etc. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful, secluded apartment in a courtyard, easy beach & town walk

The Pool House is pretty, quiet, secluded in a courtyard, and quite comfortable. The place is ready to be a base for fun around Baja, or you can just relax by the pool. All the housekeeping things are there, market close by, and it's close to town and a beautiful (not swimmable) beach. Separate entry from the owners' house, gated parking feet away, and Chuck & Angie are really friendly hosts. Perfect for a couple!!

La Hacienda West Wing

My wife and I spent Easter week in the West Wing. We had everything we needed for a week of decompression and relaxation. Chuck and Angie were gracious hosts. We even got some doggie time with Dulce and Mija! We had great neighbors for most of our stay as well. You would be best off to have a car, as it's a bit of a walk into town. If you time your visit right, you can participate in the Sea Turtle hatchling release. It's really cool. It is a clean and comfortable place and we would gladly stay there again!

Private, Quaint, and Perfect!

This is a little jewel in the middle of Todos Santos. We stayed in the Pool House and it was wonderful! It is essentially brand new, but has a wonderful "been there forever" charm and at the same time it is a little modern - so cool! Everything is well kept and very clean, comfortable and private with all the amenities you would find at home. We were at first worried that there was no A/C (and trust me when I say we are pretty picky), but Chuck was right - it was definitely NOT needed. With the Pool House being in the shade most of the day and the wonderful tall ceilings and ceiling fans made it completely comfortable. The owners are lovely and accommodating to anything you might need. AND, the beach is literally a 3 minute drive (~7-10 min walk) down from their street and it is gorgeous! White sands with almost no one on it, except for a Sea Turtle conservatory where you can release baby sea turtles when you donate to their conservation - very cool to do. If you are looking for somewhere VERY nice and affordable ~ you absolutely cannot beat this place!

Best place to stay!

Our stay (my husband and I) was absolutely WONDERFUL! Chuck and Angie made our stay feel as comfortable as being at home. Comfy bed, very clean, plenty of kitchen items to prepare meals if you choose to stay in. We would not have changed a thing about our stay. Not only was there delicious banana bread, but also great conversation and good advise of all things Todos Santos. We will be returning, no doubt! You can't go wrong staying here!

Perfection

My girlfriend and I stayes at La Hacienda for 1 week, this facility is just wonderful, it makes you feel you are in paradise, very private and relax, everything you need is provided to feel you are home. Highly recommend it. We did not rent a car as we prefer to walk, it took us 15 minutes brisk walk to get to town, and we never made it to the beach as we were busy in town, but it is very close.
