Property is 5 minutes driving to Randoph AFB & 10 minutes to FT Sam Houston. Easy access to downtown SA, shopping, restaurant and much more. Fully equipped home throughout to meet your needs. Full kitchen, Central air & heat, Wifi, TV, laundry & much more. 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs. If you have any questions, please send us a inquire, we’re happy to assist in anyway we can. We are located inside a community, in converse, across from Super Walmart!

Beautifully decorated home with plenty of room and a wonderful outdoor setup including very nice hot tub. Hose was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We will book here again!

Wonderful house and excellent hostess

We stayed here over the course of a month for a work assignment in San Antonio. Ms. Smith-Jones was an amazing host, and the house was welcoming and clean. We will definitely re-book when back in the area.

Family Reunion

Laverne was the perfect host. She addressed any issues we had timely. The home was perfect for our family. Everything was as described, very clean, & spacious. We were in town for our family reunion & after a long day the Jacuzzi was a plus. The kitchen was perfect. Perfect location for shopping & easy getting around the city. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, but…

The house was very nice; clean, modern, good location, but instead of having the house rules in a binder they are posted all over the house almost in every room and even a detailed $ sheet for charges for several things like damages etc. This made it seem like a dorm room and the owners like RA’s. We loved the house and the owners were nice and responsive and it was close to everything but we felt anxious with children with us and that $ sheet. I understand the need to cover your liabilities with notice of the rules but put them in a binder not all over house.

Thank you so much for your feedback. The purpose of signage is to ensure that all guest occupying the home is aware of the house rules. Too often, guest in the home stated that they were unaware of the rules because the booker did not communicate such. We also tried the binder route and no one ever looked at it, causing many issues. The rate guide sheet is meant for those people who opt to throw parties, which happens. However for a regular normal family enjoying the space, charges never applies. There is absolutely nothing a regular guest can do to warranty using the charge guide in our experience. Now, the partiers… yes. I am truly sorry that this made you uncomfortable, never our intention. I would like to point out that Many of our guest love and appreciate our attention to inform and the care we take in trying to maintain a nice space for our guest.

Nice place!

We enjoyed the backyard & I loved the hot tub with led lights & waterfall, super awesome perk if you stay here and have a bad back like I do. Lavern got back to me within a timely manner and was very accommodating. Walmart is extremely close but everywhere else we went was kind of far so we did a lot of driving in traffic to get to other fun stops. We played lots of cards together as a family and enjoyed the poker table for that. None of us cared for all of the notices of what to do everywhere throughout the house and how we will be charged for this & that if damaged. Not very homey/relaxing. Generally it’s all in a binder to review or on counter when we walk in and we initial/sign & get back to the owner. I rented over a million dollar beach house (3 story and absolutely beautiful as well as humongous) it slept 12-15 comfortably and there were ZERO signs displayed anywhere telling us not to damage things or saying what all we needed to clean. We had a damage deposit which got fully refunded after the 13 of us checked out and we paid the cleaning deposit. We own properties ourselves so know damage can be done. Unfortunately some people who didn’t have proper home training ruin it for the rest of us who leave the place in the same or better condition as when we arrived. Neighbors are close together & there were always 4-5 vehicles per house parked in the driveways/also in streets. We all commented about it. Very quiet though & nice home so we would stay again if in the area.

My sisters and I have actually stayed here before. We rented back in September of 2021 for our fathers 86 th Birthday Party. We loved the house. So in March our father passed away so my sisters from Indiana came back. Thank You Laverne for everything. Would definatly recommend this home
