Fantastic apartment

Fantastic lovely apartment. Brilliant lady who owns it. Superb view of the sea with all that we needed. Great kitchen so we could cook,washing machine etc. Fabulous location close to the town and seafront what more could we want. Will be coming back again.

Conforme à l'annonce.

Studio idéalement situé pour visiter Dinard et ses environs à pied. L'appartement est situé en façade de rue donc pourrait être bruyant pour certains le matin mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Le garage est effectivement petit mais bien utile pour garer son véhicule. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse vue mer. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Location idéalement située avec vue sur mer

Ville, plage, port, promenade bord de mer..tout est à proximité. Balcon permettant de déjeuner tranquillement. Appartement agréable conforme aux photos et bien équipé. C’est vrai que pour le garage il ne faut pas une grosse cylindrée mais notre 208 a tenu sans problème.

C'est la situation géographique qui fait l'essentiel. Appartement convenable.Il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que le box du parking est inaccessible à une grosse voiture, surtout dans une ville où il est impossible de stationner, même en mai !

residence bien enretenue quoique garage un peu petit et ascenseur qui a du mal à s'ouvrir parfois lorsque l'on arrive au deuxieme étage, on a eu peur d'etre bloqué a deux reprises .

séjour très agréable avec des petits déjeuners face au soleil levant..magnifiques !!! l'appartement est très bien situé ,dans la verdure et face à la mer...très calme.. il est à proximité de la rue commerçante et de toutes les promenades en bord de mer.....j'y retournerai volontiers ..

Lovely, well equipped and suburb location with sea views and central to the town from the rear of the property. On site parking an extremely helpful and important bonus, as parking in Dinard very hard to find. If returning to the area would definitely stay in this lovely property again.

très sympathique

Belle vue dans un très joli studio pour 2 personnes. Hôtesse très sympathique. Bon équipement de cuisine, belle salle de bain avec douche.
