4-room house with garden and terrace - 400 m from the beach

In the heart of the Kermorvan peninsula 400m from the superb white sand beach, and at the end of a dead end leading to the estuary, pretty wooden facing house for 5 people with terrace and private garden located within a residence of 14 small houses. Private parking space. The house, renovated in 2017, consists of a living room with an open and fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace and garden, a wc on the ground floor; upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, shower room.
Within a radius of 10 km you will find a multitude of beaches, the Abers golf course (18 holes), equestrian center, educational farm. You can practice line fishing, shore fishing, scuba diving, sailing, surfing.
This vacation rental is also the ideal starting point for hikes along the coast, and the famous GR 34
The pier for the islands of Ouessant and Molène is 1.5 km from the residence.
Many restaurants and crêperies will make you taste their specialties.
From the pancake, to the seafood platter, via the Molène sausage (seaweed sausage), all your culinary desires will be fulfilled!

Very nice house

A very quiet and nice home with a nice terrasse and garden, where we enjoyed our short stay. Only 10 minutes by walk to the fantastic beach. Easy communication with Quetin. We can recommend this home 👍👍

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Lage nicht weit vom sehr schönen Strand. In das Örtchen Le Conquet sind es zu Fuß ca 20 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit Quentin war sehr gut . Haus war sehr sauber und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Nochmals vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Praktische Wohnung, ideal für 4 Personen. Alles da was man braucht, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Fußläufig zum Strand. Wir hatten eine in Summe schöne Zeit im Quentins Ferienhaus, Vermieter reagiert immer schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Top Kommunikation!

Proche de la plage des blancs sablons

Belle maisonnette en bois dans un petit lotissement très bien pensé. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la plage et le Conquet est tout près. En voiture on peut facilement atteindre les superbes lieux touristiques de la côte des légendes. De même Brest est très proche (30 min environ). La maison est super pratique et l’hôte très réactif et attentif.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (Familie mit 2 Kindern und einem Baby). Die Lage ist super und man kann viele schöne Dinge in der Umgebung erleben. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, erwähnenswert für uns ist noch das Babybett und die Babywanne. Die Kommunikation mit Quentin verlief super, er war während unseres Aufenthalts stets daran interessiert, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir können das Häuschen empfehlen.

Un lieu à ne pas manquer dans le Finistère

Super Unterkunft in le Qu'on et/Finistère.

Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns besonders gefallen. Ruhig gelegen mit schôner Terrasse und Baumbestand im Garten so dass man bei Hitze im Schatten Erholung finden konnte. Schön n war der Fußweg ùber die Passerelle in die Stadt wo wir alles Nôtige finden konnte. Die Tips von Quintin waren sehr gut.Erfreulich war der Cidre im Kühlschrank bei der Anreise. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Weg zum Strand war in kurzer zeit zu bewàltigen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La location est accueillante et confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi. La résidence est arborée et la plage est facilement accessible à pied. De belles balades à proximité. Communication très bonne avec Quentin, le propriétaire.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in der Bretagne

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig, in der Nähe eines wunderschönen Strandes gelegen und ca. 20 Min. zu Fuss in das Dorf Le Conquet. Einziger Nachteil war, dass Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, und konnte uns einige Tipps geben. Die Kommunikation mit ihm lief sehr unkompliziert in Englisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Genialer Urlaub

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen entspannenden Urlaub an der Atlantikküste. Es ist gut ausgestattet und hat sogar eine Nespresso-Maschine. Die Lage ist auch prima. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Lage: fußläufig zum Strand und nach Le Conquet

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles prima. Tipp: Vom Parkplatz aus rechts runter gehen, dann kommt man zu den Graswiesen bei Le Conquet.
