BATHROOMS: Shared full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: You’ll have private access to the entire upper unit with your own entrance. The backyard amenities—including the BBQ grill, fire pit, hammocks, and cruiser bikes—are shared with the lower unit, which is also a short-term rental.
