It is a bi-level modern minimalist design. First floor consists of a nicely fit Lounge area, high-chaired dining, well-thought kitchen, and beautiful Bathroom with Laundry area. The whole second floor is a huge bedroom with small lounge, 55-inch TV, Study area and two big Closets. The place has a Balcony, view of Valenzuela city.
No contact Check-in and Check-out as the door is equipt with touch screen Code activation keypad. A/C boths floors & heater on bath.
