This property will not disappoint. Spacious enough for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Property is close enough to the beach yet far enough to be out of the beach traffic. Peaceful and relaxing trip, would highly recommend this rental.

Hidden treasure

We have stayed in the Hollywood Beach area several times and were thrilled to find this place. It is away from the high traffic and tourist area but close enough to still go there when you want a good restaurant. The host was excellent and the pool was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation stay

This house was perfect for us to all stay in comfortably. The pool and hot tub kept the kids busy when we were not out enjoying the beach. It’s close to lots of food and stores, plus Hollywood beach was so fun. It was a great experience for our first time visiting Florida.

We really enjoyed our weekend at Leo's house. The house was very clean and the pool was incredible! Leo was extremely helpful with anything we needed and was very responsive and friendly. We would definiteny stay here again!

Great family spot

Such a great house to spend time together. Plenty of room inside. Outside pool area was so much fun! We loved riding the bikes to the beach and sitting in the hot tub in the evening. Highly recommend this place.

Pool is wonderful and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach. The drive from the airport we were concerned with the area but as we got closer to the house the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The hot tub was enjoyable but we wished it had a temperature control. Make sure you read the welcome packet in the house for directions. The trash cans are located thru the gate behind the pool. The homeowner or agent was easy to get in touch with. Two hour drive to the Keys and Marco Island. We enjoyed both areas.

This house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, conveniently located with a great backyard pool. The kitchen was well equipped...just one suggestion: a larger coffee pot for a house this size. Highly recommend this house for a stay in Hollywood, FL.

Amazing house in a great location!

The house is beautiful, very nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. The outdoor area is fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the pool and used the hot tub nightly. Jack was extremely responsive to calls and helped us out with everything we needed! We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay there again!

Great Vacation Rental

Conveniently located, clean, well-stocked, easy access. The pool was wonderful. If soft, cloud-like comfy beds is your thing, this is not the place for you. However, my friends didn't mind having a rock hard mattress at all!

Wonderful Property and Great Location

We had a great time at this location! The house is well equipped with most everything you could want or needed. The pool feels like a tropical paradise surrounded by palm trees. House is very close to Hollywood beach which is a short car or bike ride away. The property manger is very responsive to questions and issues.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool / patio was great...very private and beautiful! The kitchen could have used a few more items for those who wish to cook (mixing bowls and cookie sheets, for example). Overall the home was very clean, however, it appears as if perhaps the floors weren’t mopped. I would recommend this rental to others!

Family Vacation in Florida

Easy to work with. Prompt responses to my questions. Facility was perfect for our family of 6. We have 4 adult children and we all had so much fun. Plenty of sleeping/bathroom space. Pool area is fantastic. Loved the screened sun porch. Kitchen is big and well stocked with dishes. Washer & dryer worked great! Thank you for a wonderful family full of awesome laughs & memories!

We just got back from a weeks stay! This property was absolutely beautiful & just as it was advertised. It was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the pool & hottub. Backyard is very spacious . We loved the front screened in porch to sit out in. It is located in a very nice & quiet neighborhood. We didn’t rent a car, just took Ubers down to Hollywood Beach, which is a very short drive to. The beach was very nice & clean & the boardwalk was filled with good restaurants & food! The owner Leo, was so accommodating & granted us an early check in, as our plane got in early. He responds very quickly to any questions. The check in process was very smooth as well.Publix is not far, had groceries delivered, which was nice. We will definitely be renting this home again & enjoyed our stay here.

Great Location in Hollywood Florida!

We had a great stay here! The pool was private and had a large area for relaxing, which we enjoyed. House was nicely spread out so everyone had their space. The screened in room was a great place to relax too. As we like to cook while on vacation, a couple new non stick pans and a cookie sheet would be nice, however, we made it work just fine. Pretty much everything we needed was available. Walmart delivery worked great when the kids took the car. Leo was fast to respond to any questions too! Highly recommend this home for your vacation needs! And...it’s only a mile from Hollywood beach and some really great restaurants!

Beautiful yard

The home was nice, generally clean and well equipped. The beach chairs and towels were a nice touch. We couldn’t have asked for better communication and responsiveness from Jack. The pool was not clean when we arrived. The water was cloudy and required the pool service to come out on the first full day there. The water took another day to be clear and when it did there were soda bottles in the bottom. This was my only complaint. Despite the heat the house was cool, the master bed was comfortable. Everything was well stocked (trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap.) I would recommend and I would stay here again.

We loved this pool!

Our group played in the pool by day and sat in the hot tub at night. The adults and school-aged children alike loved it. We went to Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale beaches as well, but the pool was preferred in the end. We also went running and biking. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The wifi worked well. The house was clean. Checkin and out was easy and the hosts were very responsive to our questions before and during the trip. One thing we didn't realize is that although there were plenty of bathroom and pool towels, washcloths are not provided, so if you will want them you too you might bring your own or buy cheap ones there, which is what we did. Having the washer and dryer there is great. One bonus was box fans for those of us who love white noise at night. This house is exactly as its advertised and we are happy we were able to stay there.

Not Luxory, but nice

Check in was easy, communication with host great! Good location. Multiple Rodent boxes everywhere on property, right next to where you sit and try to enjoy the back yard pool area. Which stunk, because there were dead rodents inside. Dead rat at the front door upon arrival. We called host, they came and picked up and put in trash can… also right next to pool. Blood on back patio gate. Bathrooms dirty. Kitchen cabinets falling apart. Could not sit on living room couch, as it was FULL of ants. Back patio table also FULL of ants. Been there for a while. Broken glass and candles by pool Advertised with bikes, beach chairs and essentials. All were rusted and most were non functional. Trees not maintained. One HUGE branch fell down on patio, barely missing my mother. A lot of lights inoperable. The guest bathroom shower and “jacuzzi” tub did not work. And no plugs in the bathroom of one of the bedrooms. Just not Luxory as advertised.
