On the ground floor on the EAST side (entrance) and 2nd floor on the WEST side (balcony), nice apartment of 47 m2 that can accommodate 2 to 3 people (1 child maximum). Comfort. Living room with double sofa bed and sofa bed in 140, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom in 160, bathroom with hydromassage shower, washing machine, separate toilet. Secure private parking.
No smoking inside the apartment.
Pets not allowed.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
Smoke detector.
