Finally, the Club Marena property you have been waiting for - clean and well equipped! Come and relax at this beautiful property! This is, arguably, one of the best condo complexes in all of Northern Baja! We stayed at a variety of places for 10 years until finally buying this unit. It is on the 3rd floor of the Las Floras building and is the perfect combination of privacy, view, and easy access to the beach and pool. This 2000 square foot condo is an end unit and has tons of light and lots of space. In addition to having reverse osmosis in the kitchen, it also has a whole-house water filtration system. No need to bring your own water! INSIDE: The condo has two bedrooms (plus a den that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 fireplaces: living room and master bedroom. The condo has consistent Wifi access along with 4 large, flat-screen TVs (one in every room!). Two of the TV's have Direct TV and the other two TV's have Netflix. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a Vitamix Blender. All the kitchenware is new, including the pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and drinking glasses. The kitchen also has nice, custom black granite countertops and stainless steal appliances. The master bedroom is 600 square feet and has a Restoration Hardware bedframe with a new, very comfortable, Simmons Beautyrest Hybrid mattress and an additional sofa pullout bed. The master bathroom is spacious and has a large jetted tub. We have also stocked the condo with luxurious bath towels, beach towels, linens, and down pillows to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The balcony overlooks one of the best surf breaks in Baja. You can even watch the surfers while lying in bed!
