'Bonnie Dune' beach house is located on the beautiful nature lovers Fort Morgan Peninsula just 14 miles west of Gulf Shores. Surfside Shores Subdivision consists of single family residences on large lots providing privacy and uncrowded private beaches. Bonnie Dune has an acre of beautiful dunes covered with seaoats winding to the Gulf of Mexico.

This cute beach cottage is family perfect and pet friendly. There are 3 bedrooms with a 4th suited for kids as it is a separate enclosed 4 season room with AC. You can save on the high costs of boarding your pet, because well behaved, leashed dogs are welcomed on Surfside's beaches. All this and your own private 20'x30'pool. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave Keys in Bowl in Hallway as found at Check In Front Door Keys and Golf Cart Keys
Return Key to Single Door Lock Box if used to bypass using keyless entry at Check In
Remember to clean up outdoor spaces. Cleaning staff is here to clean the house not the yard, under the house, or the pool area. Also place furniture as it was found inside and outside of the house
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Copy of ID for person taking responsibility of the home who is over 25 years old.

The perfect getaway!

This home was a great getaway for Spring Break! The home is super clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, and it was so great to have a private pool available for those red flag days when you can't swim in the ocean. Communication was great, too! Lisa was helpful and friendly, and it was great knowing that she was available if we needed. The deck was our favorite spot for morning coffee and sunshine. The neighborhood was peaceful, and it was an easy walk to the ocean.

Fantastic extended weekend!

This property was just what we wanted. It had everything we needed for the 4 night getaway. Super short walk to beach. Neighborhood was quiet and not packed with tourists. Will definitely stay here again

A little slice of Heaven!

We loved the location, the layout of the house and the pool. We have stayed at several houses in this area and really enjoyed it. The only draw back was the boardwalk was gone due to new construction.

Got to meet the owner and she was so pleasant and accommodating. The house was excellent for what we needed in that it was large enough for the three couples to have plenty of space. The weather was beautiful! Had a great time!

Bonnie and management crew went out of their way to accommodate us!! Had a great time staying at her house. Enjoyed being able to use the pool after being at the beach. Would recommend Bonnie dunes!!

Great family home!

This house was beautiful, spotless, welcoming, and cozy! My family enjoyed the home, the big covered deck, the gorgeous kitchen, and the private pool, which was perfect when you get tired of sand or the red flags are out. The home feels private, but is in a nice neighborhood walkable to the private beach. Hope to stay here again!

Surfside Shores Gem

We have been coming to Surfside Shores for six years and have stayed at numerous properties, this is our new favorite. Super clean, well decorated, and close enough to the ocean. The owners were awesome and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

The house was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We did bring our dog and the porch is very pet friendly with a gate. We isn’t really get to use the pool since it was cooler when we were there but it looks very nice and clean.

Bonnie Dune was like our home away from home. It was very well equipped for all of our needs. Great open concept and good views of the ocean. Nice short walk to the beautiful, uncrowded beach. The private pool was fantastic and a huge hit with the kids. We hope to make it back soon.

Lovely property

Very comfortable house that was perfect for a family vacation. Everything was there that we needed for our group. The pool although small was appreciated by my grandchildren. I recommend renting a golf cart for travel to the beach.

We have 4 wonderful children and Jax our Bullador. We actually adopted him from right here in Fort Morgan in July 2015 from a wonderful couple that worked at our very own Sassy Bass! He loves the beach as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Patrick and I bought this house back in October of 2000 so we could come to BAMA and watch my baby sister play Division 1 Soccer for USA in Mobile. The first four years we limited our guests to family and close friends due to the amount of time we spent at the house and beach each year. As the kids have all gotten older our trips to our little piece of heaven on earth are not as often as we like so we decided to share our home with others so they too could make the same kind of lasting memories that we have been making with our family and friends for so many years!

What makes this property unique

At Bonnie Dune you will find a great level of detail has been taken to make sure your stay will require nothing more than bringing yourself and your bathing suits and towels to the beach! We want people to be able to come and relax and enjoy without wondering what they must bring to the house for the week. If you are afraid we don't have what you might be looking for just ask. We have taken the time to develop everlasting relationships with all the folks that care for Bonnie Dune and know our folks will go the extra mile to make sure your vacation is stress free!
