Holiday weekend

Met with family from 3 states in Bloomington. The Flats on East were easy to get to. clean, quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We will look forward to another stay sometime in the future.

Perfect for us!

Was a quiet spot in a beautiful area of Bloomington located near Franklin Park! After an evening walk, my sister made the discovery of Mennonite Nursing School building where she graduated so many years ago! The townhouse was perfect for the five of us. Thanks so much!

Another Great Stay!

The location is perfect nearby friends and family and anything you may need. The arrangements of the townhouse are perfect for a larger group. Having the full kitchen makes it easy to enjoy home cooked meals lowering the cost of travel. Clean and well appointed.

Son graduated from ISU, and the location was great, close enough to the event and far enough from all the graduating traffic. Great communication with the host and very accommodating. Thank you. Well look them up again for our next graduate at ISU.

Great Home Base for a Weekend Golf Trip

Stayed here with 3 buddies, all in our 30s, for a weekend golf trip in Bloomington. The townhouse more than accommodated our needs and was extremely comfortable for time we spent there between the golf courses. It was nice being walking distance from a number of great bars and restaurants as well. Thanks again for having us!

Perfect for families or groups

Four couples in town for a wedding. The four bedrooms were perfect, and having two bathrooms was very beneficial. Townhouse was very clean and essentials were provided. Check-in was as simple as opening a lock box for the key and the parking was very ample. Location is close enough to basically everything that you might need to do (restaurants, shopping, etc). I would stay here again next time we are in the area

Clean and comfortable

We were a group of 4 mature women in town to visit family. The condo was very convenient to our family, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Very clean and comfortable. It definitely checked my boxes for VRBO stays - nice quality bedding and towels, enough matching dishes for the 8 people the place would hold, and a comfortable living space. Would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying at this location and won’t be the last, (I hope)! Spacious, well laid out, worked great for our family get together for Christmas. Dealing with the owner was smooth and fast for a request we had. Highly recommend!

Comfortable for the four of us

The kitchen was well appointed; towels new and plentiful in the bathrooms. Overall okay, but the refrigerator was very noisy, and the overhead light did not work in one of the bedrooms. Sitting area worked for four, not sure how it would serve eight guests.
