This ground level, one bedroom and one bath apartment has a large office, a private bedroom with a King size bed, a side room open to the apartment with a full size bed and a fold-out queen couch in an open dining/living/kitchen area and full size appliances. Apartment 2 of a 4 apartment complex, this is a 10 block walk to the center of Kremmling. Your parking lot is large and leaves plenty of room for parking your vehicles and trailers. The kitchen is ready for you to cook your own meals and the foldout couches allow for a bed for everyone. (One queen, one twin).

Amazing value for spacious rental

Property was clean and right off the main drag in Kremmling. Joanna the host was very prompt getting us the info we needed for check in and everything was handeled via the app and text. She even dropped off some fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were delicious. Will.always stay there when we go back.

A No Frills Easy Place To Stay

Just what I needed to get out into the mountains for a quick fishing trip. Right in Kremmling with easy access to a lot of different water. Easy check in, clean spot, no fuss kind of place. Would stay again!

Overall great place with a great host. She even kept us up to speed on a power outage and work being done on the outside of the unit. I do have one suggestion for the host. Put a better window covering on the bathroom window. Made it super awkward with workers just outside the bathroom at eye level without a fully covered window. She made up for it with fresh cookies that hit the spot after a long day.

Perfect Rabbit Ears Retreat

My wife and I took a trip from MI in hopes of finding backcountry snowmobiling in Rabbit Ears and were thrilled! This location and amenities is clean and exactly what we hoped for. The drive from Kremmling to Rabbit Ears is by far easier than Steamboat! We wanted to avoid the overpopulated Steamboat with a snowmobile trailer and this was IT! Alpine Motor Sports is right in town Kremmling, if anything goes wrong with ATV/snowmobile; their staff is just as great. Town has a great bar and well stocked grocery store. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t stay here. Our biggest concern was cleanliness (which was exceeded!) and we topped it off with easy access for our snowmobile trailer.

Nice place in Kremmling. This unit was very clean, neat, and comfortable. Joanna even brought some fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies by for us. We will be staying here again the next time we're in Kremmling.

Hunting Trip

The property isn’t a 5 star luxury resort. But it’s perfect for the Kremmling area and a hunting base camp. The hosts were great; they even brought cookies on the 3rd night!

Great little place to stay.

This little apartment was everything we needed as a base camp for are adventures around Kremmeling. It was nice and clean with everything we needed. Extra hot water too. Thanks for a fun stay!

Cool little apartment just in the right spot!

First off, host Joanna is great! She took care of our needs promptly and is very easy to communicate with! Her place is very clean and is very well priced. We went snowmobiling in Rabbit Ears and this is a great place to stay for a very reasonably price and still close to the resorts and larger towns. Kremmling has a lot going for it too, everything you need is there. Thanks for having us!
