About this property

Resort Style Complex on the Sand

End unit provides extra light. This single level floor plan gives its guest extra privacy as both bedrooms have an attached bathroom. This unit also has NO WALL TO WALL CARPETING making it fresh and sanitary. There's a high end range in the kitchen and smart TV in the living room. The primary bedroom had a king mattress installed in April 2022. Both bathrooms had a down to the studs remodel in December 2024. Luxury vinyl plank flooring & baseboards installed in all rooms November 2024
Internet is also included. There is a peaceful water fall below that creates the rest and relaxation you are looking for. Although this is a garden view unit, there are views of the Pacific from the terrace. You will appreciate its close proximity to the elevator and assigned parking space. Thoughtfully stocked & maintained.
Fresh white duvet covers and new living room furniture 2024.
HOA managed laundry is very close. This unit is in the G building and does NOT back to the train tracks.
North Coast Village condos DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING and there is no smoking in the complex or condo.

We had the best time! Friends had suggested the property and it did not disappoint! The grounds and property were like a Hawaiian oasis! Our condo was great. Well stocked with boogie boards, chairs and towels for the beach. It wasn’t cluttered or tacky. It was as exactly as advertised. The master bed was so comfy!! We had such a wonderful trip! Great Condo in a beautiful complex. It was clean and well equipped for the beach with chairs and umbrellas. There are very few two bedroom units at NCV and this is one of them. It's in a quiet spot on the property, a bit further away from the pool/spa/grill. We were happy with our stay and would go there again.

Very comfortable, inviting home. It really did feel like a home away from home. Plenty of space for our family. So thankful for the zipper bags provided, so thoughtful. The towels were such a help too. we used our own towels for the beach and their towels for the pool.

Our stay in Oceanside was a dream - we truly loved having access to the ocean, pool, and it was walking distance to restaurants and a delicious ice cream and candy shop. Perfect Getaway

The condo grounds are absolutely beautiful and walking distance to the beach & small restaurants/shops. The condo is comfortable and the owner is helpful, knowledgeable, gracious, & welcoming. We will definitely be back and stay at this property. We are excited for our next visit.

Great complex

Stayed here for a soccer tournament along with other members of the team in other condos. Location was good but had an issue with the shower knob breaking. Owner nice and offered to fix right away. Beach was under construction and weather was May-gray, but over all a good stay.

Excellent stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the condo. It had everything we needed and was comfortable and relaxing. Last year the unit we stayed in had so much train noise, and we were so happy to be able to sleep comfortably with the windows open and not hear the train all night! We would absolutely stay again!

Relaxing get away

We flew in to see our son who is in the Marine Corps and is stationed at Pendleton. Very close and convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Fun in the sun

My family and I had a great time the apartment had plenty of room for all 6 of us. Just a short walk to the beach and downtown Oceanside. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great location and great property

The property here was great! The grounds are beautiful and the pool and hot tub are really nice. The buildings themselves seem a little outdated, all of the floors are extremely crooked and sloping which was a little strange. But the place was very clean and nicely stocked. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants

Great place, great location!

Great location in Oceanside just a few minutes walk from both the harbor and pier. The facility is so beautiful with a koi pond running through it, lots of diverse plants, and a really nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Our condo was clean and well kept, very comfy king bed and every amenity we would need. We will definitely look for this place first when coming back to Oceanside!
