Best E. Villas Prospect St. James Barbados. These attractive two bedroom apartments will suit your accommodation requirements when in Barbados. Each apartment offers a large kitchen, spacious living and dining areas and two patios. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and satellite television is available. We provide Free Wi-Fi internet access and free local telephone calls. There is housekeeping five days a week. The housekeepers are very knowledge and can advise on the island's attractions.

The grounds of the apartments are immaculately maintained, we provide a gazebo with a BBQ grill and plenty seating on the sundeck.

You can cool off and relax at the nearby Batts Rock and Paradise beaches within a short stroll of the property, or relax in our secluded swimming pool. Also, just a short drive away there is duty-free shopping, bars and restaurants.

The property is located within walking distance of the University Of The West Indies, Cave Hill and Barbados Archives. The location is ideal for cricket fans as the location is 6 minutes drive to the famous Kensington Oval.

Clean, well maintained property with great view of Carribean Sea

Our villa (#1) was bright, clean and spacious with basic kitchen amenities. We appreciated the celing fans, A/C, washing machine and swimming pool. Conveniently located in between Bridgetown and Holetown. Living room furniture, mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade. Would definitely consider a return visit.

Great West Coast Condo

Location was great, only a short walk to Batts Rock and Paradise beaches. The grocery store was also only a short walk away (if you don't have access to a car). The unit was spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was a great feature for those days when you don't feel like venturing far. The staff on site, were friendly and helpful. The area was relatively quiet (except for the occasional track meet at the Usain Bolt complex next door) We felt safe and secure with this location. We also used the BBQ frequently which was great!. The only drawbacks about this property, was that the second bedroom had a small double bed, and was not really practical for 2 adults to sleep together in. A slightly better equipped kitchen would also have been beneficial, as we ate in the majority of the time - a knife sharpener, or better quality knives, some forms of storage containers for food prep/leftovers, a non stick or better fry pan. The other consideration when renting this location, is that in addition to overseas long term travelers, it does cater to short term staycation renters who on occasion have large gathering of local friends and family.

Clean and spacious, great communication

The villa was very clean and set up well. It is a short walk downhill to the beach which was no problem for our little kids, and the beach has monkeys too! From the top floor of our Villa we could see the ocean and watch the ships and the sunset. The kids loved swimming in the pool, which gets a mix of shade and Sun throughout the day which is perfect depending on if you want to cool down or lay in the sun. The property is well maintained and there are some cleaning ladies on site during the day to clean the place up and help with any problems. They were wonderful and kind. We had a toilet leak while we were there, but Errol was great to communicate with and got it fixed within a day (which is like record time for Barbados :) ).

Great place to stay in sunny Barbados!

Beautiful, clean appartments that have all the amenities that you would want! Had great internet connection which was key! And AC (found in each bedroom on the second floor and in the main area on the first floor) is also a must in this 30degree weather country. There are wonderful cleaning ladies that come in every day to make sure that the place is spotless for you. There's a great BBQ area and a pool right in back which is great for a quite night in or having a fun outdoor party. We were a group of University students working at the UWI which was a 5-10 minute walk from our place. The beach is also a 5-10 minute walk, a lovely, quite beach no resorts near it therefore lots of beach space. There is also a lifeguard on duty during the day. We are close to the main road, where buses to the main cities (Bridgetown, Speightstown, Oistins...) go. There are two supermarkets near the appartments on opposite sides both about 15-20 minute walk however, they both offer shuttle services to bring you back home with all your groceries. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We were there for 6 weeks and truly felt on vacation however, with a touch of "home" to it. I would definitely recommend Best E Villas to anyone that is looking for a place in Barbados! :) Alessandra

The best of best e villa

Had a peaceful time at best e villa, just went fo the rest and thats wat i got. Its the third time i have stayed at Prospects so errol and the gang are like family. The villas are home away from home, getting around is very easy. Five star every time.xx
