This beautiful traditional stone house completely renovated in 2016 is ideal for hosting a family and spending a holiday by the water. The house is located in kerret small hamlet between crozon and camaret sur mer in the heart of the peninsula 1.5 km from the beach of kersiguenou in the cove of dinan

It has 2 independent bedrooms (with sea view) and a landing bedroom (sea view), a living room with a very beautiful sea view, a separate kitchen opening onto the terrace, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The house is very bright.
It is equipped with wifi and satellite dish for foreign channels

There is private parking on the ground, a large fenced garden with trees and a wooden terrace with sea view.
The house is located 250 m from the road. It has no opposite and is not terraced.

The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in the summer season and preferably from Saturday to Saturday for school holidays.
Course stays of minimum 3 days are possible out of season
Possibility to rent linens and sheets
The rent is given without charges on the site.
Possibility to rent household linen and sheets
The rent is given excluding charges on the site.
The charges will be (water, electricity, taxes, wifi, cleaning, presence of animal) requested at the end of the stay.
In addition to the rental, the charges detailed below will be invoiced:

Package charges (water, electricity, wifi, taxes) are €40 (01/05 to 31/08) and €65 (01/09 to 30/04)
Compulsory exit cleaning: 70 Euros
Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per small bed
Bathroom linen on request: 5 € / person
If presence of animal: 10€ for the stay/animal
A security deposit of 300 € is required for the rental on arrival (this is not cashed and is returned quickly)

Beautiful cottage in great location

We had a lovely week in the cottage. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and the garden was a delight! The stunning local beach was a walk away, and other beautiful walks were a short drive. It was also very dog friendly and our dog did not want to leave!

Nous remercions chalereusement Madame Gambier et Madame Mottet pour leur gentillesse et accueil soigneux, bienveillant et attentifs aux invités. La maison est située très bien à coté de l'océan et facile d'accès pour les commerces à proximité. L'espace est propre, bien équipé, vivant et bien amenagé pour accueillir notre famille. le pârking est reservé aussi aux invités donc très confortable;je conseille très fortement cette maison très agréable à vivre et nous n'hesterons pas à revenir dès que l'occasion se représentera à nous. Merci!

La maison et le jardin sont agréables et situés dans un endroit calme. Notre chien a apprécié le jardin clos, Un grand merci à Madame Mottet pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme, c’est un plus ! La région est vraiment magnifique, de découvertes en découvertes, le gr 34 recèle bien des trésors. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Sehr sauberes nettes gut ausgestattetes Haus. Super mit Hunden, da komplett eingezäunt. Sehr gute zentrale Lage auf der Halbinsel Crozon. Wunderschöne Strände nach kurzer Fahrzeit erreichbar. Spazierweg zum Strand leider nicht gepflegt und unpassierbar, da völlig zugewachsen und schlammig.

Traumhaftes bretonisches Häuschen

Wir verbachten eine wunderbare Woche im kleinen Steinhaus nähe Crozon. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir kochten jeden Abend und fanden in der gut ausgestatteten Küche alles vor, was wir brauchten. Essen kann man entweder am großen Küchentisch oder im Wohnzimmer. Die Betten im Obergeschoss waren sehr gemütlich und der Blick aufs Meer aus fast allen Fenstern herrlich. Wenn es nicht regnete konnten wir nach Wanderungen an der Küste den herrlichen Garten genießen und unseren Hund, da der Garten komplett eingezäunt war frei laufen lassen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würdeb wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Morgat (Bioladen), wunderbare Strände in der Nähe, ruhige Umgebung, Blick aufs Wasser, gut funktionierende Heizung, eingezäuntes Gelände, hundegeeignet. Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche sollte unbedingt aus hygienischen Gründen aufgearbeitet werden. Der Weg zum Parkplatz sollte klarer beschrieben sein. Sonst alles wunderbar, der netten Mitarbeiterin ein großes Kompliment für ihren Empfang und Abschied. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
