Located within walking distance of the Silver Queen Gondola at the base of Aspen Mountain, these accommodations provide the perfect home base to explore the Aspens Rocky Mountain setting. Welcoming guests with warm hospitality, our condominiums are superbly situated in Downtown Aspen within walking distance to Main Street, close to summer attractions and downtown shops, restaurants, and galleries.

The above-listed photographs are examples of some of our 2-bedroom properties, but we have many others available. Each of our accommodations is individually owned and decorated. If you inquire with us, we will confirm you booked at a GOLD-RATED condominium with a large master bedroom, a guest suite, and a full guest bathroom, and provide you with pictures of your specific unit so that you can choose whether or not you would like to reserve with us.

Our First Family Trip to Aspen

Great time in Aspen! What a great location with access to downtown, slopes and bus terminal to take you to the other mountains if you so desire. Would stay here again for sure!

Great spot!

Communicated with the property management company prior to booking to see the actual rental. Great process and very responsive! We stayed in Cottonwoods and it was lovely.
