Spacious modern Condo in a secure Palm Springs Country Club with a great pool / spa area. Located in the north of Palm Springs with about 3 miles to up/ downtown and all Restaurants and Bars. The patio invites to sit outdoors to enjoy the morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings or relax in front of the gas fireplace. The condo is nicely renovated and offers all utilities you might need. Kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of linens and towels.

Very comfortable for a long stay

Claudia was very responsive and easy to deal with. The unit is nicely furnished inside. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. Sadly, the outdoor patio and landscaping has long been neglected, but I would gladly stay there again.

Perfect Location

The best place to stay. Home was great, neighbors were great. Nice and quiet. We spent almost 3 months there and I miss is already Perfect!

Large Condo with friendly neighbors

Enjoyed this large one story condo. It has two large patios, one in front and second in back. I would recommend.

Palm Springs Visit

Everything was great. Excellent communication with owner. Very well stocked. Spacious and comfortable. Huge patios. Very nice neighbors. Was there during Easter and complex was quiet and uncrowded. Absolutely no complaints would stay here again.

Beautiful comfortable condo

This home was lovely, very well equipped and extremely comfortable located in a quiet, beautiful, friendly community. We felt at home right away. Because of the pandemic our family and friends were not able to come out and join us so it was much bigger than we needed but we enjoyed it immensely. Only negative was the patio landscaping.
