HOME is BEING REMODELED. Will be complete Spring ‘27 Waterfront view home.


This home is close to Gorge, Wenatchee and Wineries. It is located inside Crescent Bay across from the pool and backs up the river. Sit out on the back patio and enjoy the sweeping water view. Master bedroom is on the main floor. Beds include: 4 Kings. Blow up beds available upon request. House is fully stocked including 4 tvs. The garage is not available but the driveway is long so there is room for your boat or RV.

We have a private hot tub in the back yard. MESSAGE ME FOR LONG TERM AND/OR CORPORATE LEASING OPTIONS.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Feel free to use all the pool and bath towels, but cleaning will charge extra for more than 2 loads of towel laundry.

Garbage can is on the side of the house. If you could remove your trash to the big dumpster in the neighborhood that is appreciated. If you can find the dumpsters near the tennis courts.

Be sure that the chlorine floaty is back in the hot tub in our back yard. And, tie up the umbrella if you use it as it gets very windy.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Keep windows/doors closed so the AC doesn't freeze up. If it does, please expect a service call/fee. AC was just serviced!

HOA will fine $500 w/ no warnings for parking in the street or smoking or glass in the pool area.

Wristbands must be worn in pool/tennis court areas.

We purchased this home after spending 11 years in Sunserra in Crescent Bar. We switched because of the beautiful view and floor plan conducive to entertaining. We use our home a lot which means we don't rent it out much. But that means it is well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. It also means that we will have personal items i.e. family pictures out so if that bothers you, please do not rent our home.
