The Neighborhood is so close to the Gulch and Broadway and has easy access to any other part of the city. Belmont is right across the street and Vanderbilt University is very close as well.



Great local eateries are all around this property.



Uber is the best in Nashville and less than $8 ride to almost every neighborhood in Nashville. Renting bikes can be fun also but watch out for the summer heat here in the South haha. Last, there is also a bus stop and bus line just blocks from our house.



We are walking distance to the 12 South neighborhood (many bars, shops, restaurants, and coffee shops) and even the gulch. We are also within blocks of music row and Edgehill village which features a Mexican restaurant called Taco Mamacita and my favorite gelato spot, legato gelato, and a new hip bar with small plates called Old Glory. There is also a great coffee shop/cafe and a few boutiques in Edgehill Village.
