Not a great place to stay, but it was good enough. Not a lot of restaurants to choose from. A lot of steps to navigate.

Great apartment, central but cozy

Stayed for three nights as a family of five and really enjoyed the apartment and city. You can see the beach from all bedrooms and the living room, great vacation pick!

Erholung gesucht, umwerfende Eindrücke gefunden

Eigentlich wollten wir mit unseren Kindern einfach nur entspannten Urlaub am Meer machen und da wir Vorurteile über das Wetter in der Region gehört hatten, legten wir Wert auf eine Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns wohlfühlen konnten und unsere Kinder jeweils genügend Platz zum Zurückziehen haben. Diese Wünsche wurden mehr als erfüllt. Die elegante Wohnung mit leichtem Retro-Charme bot einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer, wo wir eigentlich abends sitzen und die Aussicht genießen wollten. Da aber die Kinder von Strand und Meer so verzaubert waren, dass sie jeden Tag dort die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge erleben wollten, haben wir die tolle Wohnung nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Denn wir Eltern hatten das Ausflugspotential unterschätzt: tolle Kalkklippen, wunderschöne Spazierwege, Seehunde und Robben, dazu eindrucksvolle Museen und Bunker, die zwar die Urlaubsstimmung trüben, aber ebenso eindrucksvoll wie historisch bedeutsam sind. Die Ruhepausen verbrachten wir in etlichen gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants. Wir können nur jedem Gast empfehlen, ein ausgewogenes Programm zu planen, um die wunderbar gemütliche Wohnung besser zu nutzen.

Appartement idéalement situé et spacieux. Mériterait toutefois d’être rénové.

L’appartement est très bien situé, face à la plage de Boulogne et à deux pas de Naussica. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture ! L’appartement est spacieux et propre mais mériterait d’être mis au goût du jour surtout pour la cuisine, salle de bain et toilettes. Pas de lave-vaisselles et les équipements électroménagers sont anciens. Chasses d’eau des toilettes très bruyantes et pas de porte de salle de bain mais un simple rideau. Nous avons toutefois passé un bon séjour. Merci à l’accueil de l’hôte.

Great property brilliant location and service

Thank you for a really enjoyable stay. The check in and out was excellent, the property was very clean throughout. We particularly enjoyed the views of the beachfront and proximity to Nausicaa.

Location correcte. Points positifs: la vue, l'espace intérieur, la propreté des draps, la literie. L'accueil par les agents. Points négatifs : canapé, fauteuils et chaises inconfortables. Décorations et vaisselle d'un autre temps. Un peu de vaisselle neuve serait souhaitable (verres tout dépareillés)

Kalt aber schön

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und schön, ganz besonders die Schlafzimmer, eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir den Meeresblick von den Zimmern aus. Wir haben uns fast einen ganzen Tag im Nausicaà ( größtes Meeresaquarium Europas ) aufgehalten. Es ist wirklich fast gegenüber. Die Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend. Der Fischmarkt sowie eine hervorragende Patisserie (Maison Gatom Patisserie) sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Da wir sehr gerne selber kochen hat uns die vollständig eingerichtete Küche sehr gut gefallen. Da fehlte nichts. Die Betten und die Möbel sind sehr bequem. Auch ist die Wohnung geschmackvoll dekoriert. Wir sind im Dezember dagewesen und das Wetter war wirklich gruselig. Dafür aber hat uns die heimelige Atmosphäre der Wohnung warm eingehüllt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Traumhaft

Wir waren bereits in 2017 für einige Tage in der Wohnung, jetzt wieder in 2021. Im Sommer ideal, da direkt am Strand und nur wenige Meter zum Nausicaa, dem größten Aquarium in Europa. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Einzige Einschränkung ist der Parkplatz. Wir sind diesmal extra mit einem Golf gekommen, da der Kombi damals zu groß für den Parkplatz war. Ansonsten rundum super, wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!

Heel vriendelijke gastheer. Ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Gelegen op 2de en 3de (bovenste) verdieping van een ouder gebouw. Inrichting in verouderde stijl, maar wel in orde.

Lovely Autumn Break

The property was clean and well presented. It was also well equipped. It was a bit odd that we needed separate keys to get into the bedroom floor but was not a major issue. The upstairs toilet was very difficult to flush. Somehow all these oddities added to the uniqueness of the apartment and we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you Fabrice

schöne Wohnung

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung, direkt am Meer. Die Küchenausstattung (Vorlegebesteck, Kochlöffel, Käsereibe...) müsste ergänzt werden.

Un séjour en famille qui c'est très bien déroulé un super accueil avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour visiter les environs. J'ai trouvé l'appartement très charmant et très propre je recommande vivement.

Très belle résidence avec vue imprenable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un cadre agréable au sein d'un très beau duplex propre, lumineux avec vue sur la mer; ce qui nous a permis d'admirer le coucher du soleil. Nous recommandons vivement ce bel appartement et nous pensons bien y retourner. Merci à M. Talleux pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Boulogne est une très belle ville riche en Histoire et qui offre de nombreuses possibilités.

Ruim en stijlvol appartement op een toplocatie

Zeer ruim appartement op een mooie locatie. Je ziet de zee en tijdens ons verblijf kon je vanuit de appartement Engeland aan de overzijde van het kanaal zien liggen. Het interieur is klassiek en netjes, tikje gedateerd maar dat draagt bij aan de sfeer. Eigen parkeerplaats voor de deur. Enige nadeel vonden wij dat de bakker een stukje lopen is, verder heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Vaste appartement, bien situé

Bel appartement 'dans son jus' des années 60-70, bien situé a proximité de la plage et de Nausicaa. L’ensemble est propre, bien aménagé et entretenu, décoré avec soin. Grandes pièces, de nombreux rangements, idéal pour des vacances en familles (1 chambre 2 personnes, une chambre pour 4). En plus, l’accueil est très sympathique et la vue imprenable! Les petits bémols: il faut faire avec les critères des années 70: on entends les voisins et les voitures sans trop d'efforts, il n'est pas toujours facile de faire monter la température des pièces en hivers et il faut passer par les communs pour aller du premier au deuxième étage. Mais au final, le séjours était très agréable.

Accueil chaleureux, contacts réguliers avec propriétaire et avec Sabine suite à des soucis de chauffage, qui ont été réglés le lendemain de notre arrivée. Très bonne situation géographique, face à la mer, et à deux pas de Nausicaa. Toute la famille a adoré le séjour
