New Remodel in Tropical Paradise..... new A/C and Washer Dryer in the unit.

417 has a very private setting. Enjoy this beachfront property with partial ocean view over Garden view. Condo Unit 417 in bldg 40 will keep you captivated on your lanai. Located in the beautiful Kiahuna Plantation resort . Short walk to the beach , pool or use unit 417 for your base to explore all Kauai has to offer. Kiahuna Plantation is located on a 35 acre tropical garden beachfront parcel. The spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer make this unit the total package. The unit is very walkable to all amenities - beach, shopping, restuarants, pool. Our PBAC membership allows our guests free use of the Poipu Beach Athletic club which is located across the street.

Our guest are responsible to pay Castle Resorts directly for the departure cleaning fees. 2024 Castle Resorts Depature cleaning fee is $268.00 + plus HI tax

Perfect location!

What a spectacular location for our first visit to Kauai! We loved that we could walk everywhere we needed to with great coffee, excellent dining options, and awesome boutiques right across the street. We also enjoyed our short walk to the beach, through tropical gardens under majestic trees. Also, can't say enough about how much we appreciated the wonderful place our host created. Comfortable, cozy, clean, and great vibes overall. Highly recommend!

Beautifully renovated condo close to the beach and walking distance from several restaurants. The condo lacked some basic items that would have been nice to have for our stay. (salt and pepper, cooking oil, functioning ice maker)

Great location

This condo was the perfect location! Loved being a short walk to the beach!! The beach chairs and umbrella were a perfect addition!! My husband and I are already planning a trip back with the kids.
