Beautiful home in great subdivision in Machesney Park near Rockford IL. Best suited for business professionals. All bedrooms in house are keyed coded, so your room can remain private. Close to interstate and the Rockford area. The home is two story and very roomy! The home is located in the rear of subdivision, so please travel slowly and watch for children. We look forward to hosting you at this beautiful newer home!

Pricing and guest access: We've tried to match pricing to accommodate all group sizes. We've tried to match pricing to accommodate all group sizes. The pricing you see on the listing is a base price for the Master Bedroom and with king size bed. Each additional room is $20/night per room Room codes will be given out to match party size. Any dishonesty with group size will be considered a breach of house rules and you'll be required to vacate.

You'll have access to whole house except locked doors. The cleaning closet off the kitchen is locked and bedrooms not reserved for the number in your party will remain locked. The garage is also locked and not available to use.

Productive Weekend - Enjoyed the House!

The space worked out great for us - we were four writers writing the entire weekend. We were all together and not just renting rooms and sharing public space with other travelers. Lamps on the nightstands would have been a nice added touch. Also, room One didn't have a night stand and there were no curtains to block out the morning sun. Also, had we been sharing space with other travelers, there were no mirrors in the bedrooms for dressing and/or make-up, if attempting to free up the bathroom! The house is spacious and the neighborhood quiet and it's conveniently located to restaurants, gas stations, shopping, etc.

So comfortable!

Very spacious property. The beds were super comfortable, large, with spotless linens. There were plenty of towels and the whole place was well-appointed and very quiet. We were not left wanting for anything. Property manager responded very quickly any time we contacted her.

The property was everything and more. The process was easy. Shari responded in a timely manner. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. If I ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here again.

Large Suburban home with Shared Kitchen and Seperate Bedrooms

This is a large house with plenty of room to spread out. Nicely furnished and clean. We rented all of then, but the rooms are rented seperatly, each with their own lock. I came to Beloit often for the college. This is by for the best accommodation near Beloit.
