Magnifique Flotte en Ré

Maisonnette au coeur de la Flotte en ré. Terrasse close très agréable. Très bon accueil. Centre bourg, marché (ouvert tous les jours) et port accessibles à pied. Pistes cyclables proches. Parc à vélos à disposition. Une semaine sans voiture très appréciable.

Sans voiture..

Un emplacement parfait, près du port et du marché..la voiture n'a pas bougé de la semaine,un réel plaisir!! M Tournoys est très serviable et très sympathique! Nous n'hésiterons absolument pas à revenir dans les prochaines années.

Très belle semaine dans un logement bien équipé

Logement agréable, pas loin des commerces, du marché et à côté d'autres villages...Nous nous sommes déplacés uniquement en vélo.... Le seul reproche vis-à-vis d'Abritel, c'est que l'on nous pousse à télécharger l'application pour obtenir plus de détails sur la location...Pas moyen d'avoir les renseignements par mail...

Appartement conforme à la description. Hôte très disponible et à l'écoute. Le logement est très bien situé pour profiter de La Flotte et est fonctionnel pour séjourner sur une longue durée.

Vacances à l’île de Ré

Bon accueil. Près du centre ville, port et plage. Location fonctionnelle. Le + : lave vaisselle, lave linge et vélo à louer. Et si oubli de draps, location de draps possible sur place. Il y manquerait peut être quelques couteaux (couverts ) coupants.

Pourvoyeur de bonheur

Autant les locataires que le propriétaire sont d'une bonne humeur permanente, nous apprécions la localisation ainsi que l'ambiance camping, la simplicité et la flexibilité de l'établissement. Nous y séjournerons encore avec certitude !

Un lieu idéal

Après un accueil fort sympathique de Mr.TOURNOIS , nous avons pu apprécier notre logement et sa situation dans La Flotte . Tout peut se faire à pied ( ou en vélo lorsqu'il faut sortir de la ville). Petit appartement impeccable , très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour . Le parking privé est un plus assurément . Nous avons passé une très belle semaine malheureusement trop courte .... Mais nous reviendrons

Très bon sejour

Une location au cœur de La Flotte avec que des compliments à faire au propriétaire ( propreté, tranquillité, logement bien équipé et le petit plus, possibilité de louer des vélos dans la propriété), sans oublier l’accueil du propriétaire et de sa collaboratrice. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y reviendrons.

Urlaub auf der Ile de Re

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen in der hübschen Anlage verbracht. Herr Tournoys hat uns in dieser Zeit sehr freundlich und sympathisch „begleitet“. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße nach Frankreich. Nicole und Bernhard

Loved every minute.

The property was just right for the two of us and ideally located about 5 mins from La Flotte centre and harbour. The owner met us and showed us round, his English was excellent, everything was there that we needed and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. We ate outside in the main, in the private patio making the most of the sunny weather. We cycled the whole island and returned every evening looking forward to relaxing in the deck chairs supplied. We frequented the market and local shops regularly making the most of buying fresh produce everyday and the freedom from plastic wrapping and bags. The ice cream was marvellous. The following aren't criticisms but notes for future visitors. We had to pay a deposit of €200 on arrival, which we were unprepared for. I'm sure it's in the T&Cs somewhere but needs to be clearer. Also there is no household products supplied; cleaning equipment or handsoap or washing up liquid. So we had to buy these and washing up sponges and brush. These items are always present in UK rental cottages and it came as a surprise to us to not find them, especially as you are expected to clean the apartment, it can be cleaned for you, €45 charge, vacuums are supplied as are mop and brush but not cleaning fluids. As I said these aren't criticisms but notes for mainly British visitors who may not be aware of the difference, as we weren't and certainly didn't distract from the lovely apartment and welcome we recieved or its location and didn't spoil our stay. We would definitely return to stay there and have no hesitation in recommending the apartments to anyone.

Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll gepflegte Ferienresidenz

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich begrüßt und fanden es sehr hilfreich, dass wir uns in englischer und deutscher Sprache verständigen konnten. Die Hilfsbereitschaft (für den Fall) ist groß. Prima, dass es einen PKW-Stellplatz gibt und die Fahrräder einen Abstellplatz haben. Schön war für uns auch die Nähe zum Zentrum des Ortes "La Flotte". Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und planen einen weiteren Urlaub in der schönen Anlage.
