Updated Sunriver home, just a short bike ride to the Village and SHARC. 10 unlimited-use SHARC passes are included with our home! Air conditioning (rare for SR rentals) installed Spring 2019. Three-level, 1850 sq.ft. home where you can relax with your family on our quiet and conveniently located loop on the South side of Sunriver. Enjoy our open deck and patio area with private hot tub as you watch deer roam our backyard daily! New outdoor patio furniture with two tables and plenty of seating; two loungers as well! Easy access to bike paths, Sunriver Lodge, and the beautiful Deschutes River. Our home also features a living area with a large flat screen/DVR, a spacious and well-stocked kitchen, a separate bonus room, ping pong & pool table! All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV, and cable is provided throughout the house. If winter sports are your thing, our home is the perfect base camp for all your adventures with a convenient access to South Century Drive leading directly to Mt. Bachelor's amazing ski resort less than 30 minutes away! After a day of chilly outdoor activity, settle back in with our crackling wood-burning fireplace to keep you cozy and warm. And don't forget all the breweries and great shopping that Bend has to offer, only 20 minutes away!

Sunriver Resort is a luxury resort and residential community in central Oregon located 15 miles south of Bend. It boasts 300 days of sunshine and a climate ideal for a myriad of outdoor activities - both warm and cold weather. Enthusiasts enjoy endless outdoor recreation activities including over 40+ miles of paved walking & biking paths, golf, tennis & pickle ball courts, hiking, kayaking, floating, stand-up paddle boarding, white water-rafting, skiing, rock climbing, disc golf, tubing, and ice skating (in the winter months). There is a quaint village of small boutiques and shops, great restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The premier aquatic and recreation SHARC is all-season center that offers heated indoor aquatics year-round and heated outdoor aquatics during the summer season. It is also host to many additional events throughout the year. The paths are maintained, and snow is plowed all winter as well. Perfect Family Friendly Home

Spring break

Great location and very comfortable and cozy beds. Annoying thermostat that automatically and constantly lowered temperature. Too many TVs and remotes. Many game boards missing pieces and need to be replaced. 6 of the 9 pool cues missing tips. Hot tub cover is too heavy from age and needs to be replaced, carpet dirty in areas, old worn couches, overall home needs a complete remodel.Bike tires mostly flat. If it wasn't for the location and very comfortable beds it would have been a 2 star.

Trip to remember

We had a wonderful family holiday getaway, we had packed a christmas tree to put up - but the house already had one up! it was so magical - the kitchen had plenty of tools for me to cook our family a christmas dinner, and the kids especially loved the pool table and ping pong. Our teens loved the short walk to get coffee and food trucks. This will always be a special trip for us - in the snow, my boyfriend proposed and we were able to celebrate our engagement with all of our kids. Thank you for having such a welcoming, comfortable house.

Property was beautiful slightly outdated but beautiful for our annual family NYE snow trip. Unfortunately the downstairs has no heat, we lost power multiple times with the space heaters & electric fireplaces they provided. Their electrician stated they needed to revamp entire system for it to be heated properly. Thankfully our firewood

Parkland 2 was an ideal location in Sunriver. Home was furnished nicely - with plenty of adult bicycles, 4 bedrooms, kitchen was equipped nicely, with hot tub & decks. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was setup well for two young families. the kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook and enjoy meals at the house. Location is great, close to the village and the river. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Sunriver vacation home!

Wonderful location that's walking distance to Village and beautiful running/biking paths on Sunriver south end. House had all the conveniences of home with plenty of space for whole family to unwind and relax. Look forward to a return trip!

Great place to stay!

Owners were wonderful. Loved the location for our trip to Crater Lake. Pool, observatory, restaurants, & park at Sunriver Resort were perfect for a family. Having bikes, a hot tub, and a garage full of pool, air hockey & ping pong made it even better. Kitchen was well stocked & the house was very organized! We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house, the amenities and location. My family of 8 had a wonderful time! The movie selection was great, kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was great. The kids had a blast in the garage. Would highly recommend to families with kids.

Great Sunriver Experience

Awesome Trip to Sunriver

An easy place to stay

There is nothing too fussy about this home. It's comfortable, easy to stay in, has what you need, comfy beds, a hot tub, ping pong, a fireplace, games, lots of seating... it's really like an extension of home.

Memorial Weekend Baseball Tournament

Our home in Sunriver was perfect. After traveling to Bend each day we returned to our lovely home in a quiet, wooded neighborhood where we could relax in the hot tub, grill, cook, play ping pong and pool with our grandchildren and escape the crowds and traffic in Bend. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. The layout of the house was perfect for gathering together or finding space for alone time. The yard was great for playing wiffle ball in the crisp early mornings. We will definitely return if we attend next year.
