Very easy check in and out process, great communication. house was clean, bright, great views, everything was in working order, fully stocked starter supplies, clean linens and towels. Pool and hot tub were a great addition and no issues at all! Would definitely recommend and come back!

Perfect Relaxation in the Mountains

The cabin was perfect, 10 minutes to pigeon forge, 20 to gatlinburg . Had every amenity we needed along with a great view on the porch. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Cabin!

This was a lovely cabin with a nice indoor pool. The manager stayed in communicate with us to make sure our stay was pleasant. Will definitely consider this cabin again.

Perfect cabin

Everything about this rental was perfect. Location was close to everything, cabin was not too high up in the mountains - very easy to get to. Very clean, well stocked, spacious, and the pool was very warm.

Perfect anniversary trip

We were supposed to be in st Thomas but a hurricane had other plans so we came to this cabin. We got married in Tn so is super special to us. The location of the cabin was wonderful, super close to town. We had an exceptional time and would love to return.

Family Trip

My family had a great stay at this property. My kids absolutely loved the pool and the grown-ups loved the hot tub! We were able to sit on the porch and watch thunderstorms off in the distance one night which we all enjoyed. Great rental, would definitely recommend!

Communication with property manager was excellent! Location perfect. We had four couples so we loved having four adult (no bunk room!) bedrooms with ensuites! Very hard to find! Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Bear Creek Crossing in Pigeon Forge

Very nice property. The property managers were extremely helpful and alway available. It was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family getaway for the Christmas holiday. They even had a beautiful Christmas tree set up. The only thing that would have made it better was if we had a better internet connection. Over all we.had a GREAT stay!

Memorable Family Vacation

Cabin was clean and welcoming. Had a magnificent view of the mountains from the living room and porch area. Pool table and arcade games were a very nice option for activities. Utilized the resort pool and putt-putt course as well. Highly recommend a stay here. The cabin was located far enough away to disconnect, but also close enough to enjoy tourist activities. It was one of the most memorable family vacations we've ever had.

Beautiful cabin as advertised. Enjoyable stay. Wish the pool was a little warmer. Cabin in community setting, close neighbors. Overall great stay. VRBO charges an extra fee to rent thru them, so be prepared for an extra fee, on top of rental fees. Wasn’t aware of that fee until getting ready to pay.

Beautiful property atop the hill with amazing views and amenities! Property is very clean and modern. Family of 5 enjoyed daily 5 minute drives to attractions and nightly home fun with pool, arcade, hot tub, and bbq. I would highly recommend to friends/family looking for a great smokey mountains adventure! We will be renting again for sure! Thank you! Jayell Ranch Adventure Park was our best attraction in this area if your looking for some Smokey Mountain family fun!

Great cabin!

This is a wonderful cabin! We enjoyed all the amenities of it...the indoor pool, hot tub, arcades and pool table. It was SO clean and just the right size for us...we have 3 teenagers, and my parents also came along with us. The view was great, and we loved watching the sunset over the mountain! One of the A/C units in one of the upstairs bedroom stopped working one day, and they came immediately to fix it. Communication with them was very easy and they always responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Vacation 2024

We had a great time. The cabin was only 15-20 minutes away from all attractions. The pool was a hit for the kids and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The only suggestion that I have is to make some updates. The quilts in the bedrooms were quite out of date and the pans and cookie sheets needed to be replaced. But overall it was a great experience.

Splish Splash Lodge

Cabin was clean & roomy. The pool had a pretty liner & the water was warm. My only issue was the depth of 3 1/2 feet instead of the 5 ft the owner told me. It would be great for young/ elementary age kids. The pool is very secure with a water alarm. The kitchen needs more lighting after dark. The roads are very curvy but manageable. We did not attempt them after dark. Over all a nice cabin.
