Our home has mountain views and plenty of palm trees. Walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Stadium for the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tournament and walking distance to the Main Shuttle pick-up/drop-off for Coachella Music Festival and StageCoach Festival. Require one adult age 25 for stay.

DESCRIPTION and LOCATION:
This beautiful home is on a one acre+ estate lot with a beautiful outdoor setting for your enjoyment. It has four bedrooms with an open floor plan and a ranch style setting framing the large yard and pool with mountain views in the background. The front of the home has partial desert scape with beautiful lighting and plenty of parking. This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Coachella main bus pick-up, StageCoach bus pick-up, golf resorts very close by, a quick drive to upscale dining and shopping on El Paseo and only 9 mile from the Empire Polo Grounds.

This home has large bedrooms (6 beds in all + blow up) with plenty of space. The kitchen is large and open to the living area and also includes a breakfast bar for extra seating. The fully-equipped large kitchen features stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas range, double oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker. The kitchen bar seats 4, while the dining table seats up to 8. There are ceiling fans throughout the home and two air conditioning units.

The oversized pool and spa are salt water with beautiful blue pebble tec and a 13 ft. deep pool. If you would like the pool heated there is an additional $200 per day. The covered patio and outdoor space has two dining areas and large lounge chairs for poolside relaxation. The patio also has two ceiling fans for comfort with twinkle lights for evening ambiance.

The indoor amenities include high speed wireless internet, 5 televisions, air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, linens & towels/beach towels, ironing board & iron, and laundry room with washer and dryer, cold water dispenser and much more. The outdoor amenities include spectacular pool and mountain views, beautiful landscape with many palms and fruit trees... and Corn Hole game. The private back yard allows for secluded entertainment from surrounding homes. The U-shaped driveway has parking for many vehicles, street parking is not permitted. The yard and pool area is truly spectacular!

There is NO smoking on the property and NO pets are allowed.

No large parties, but we encourage a great time. Music must stay within the limits of the City’s noise ordinance. We allow a maximum of 14 people on the property during day. The City of Palm Desert has ordinances implemented with short term rentals (a copy will be provided at check in), noise ordinance set at 10pm. I’m sure you will enjoy this beautiful property that is perfectly located for your relaxation, for your tennis or festival plans and for your shopping and/or golf outings.

Absolutely no pets. If any are detected there will be a $400 charge. Absolutely no more than the maximum of twelve (12) people, if additional are detected there will be a $400 charge per person. There is a $200 per day charge for pool heating (no charge for heating spa only), if heating is detected, there will be a $200 per day charge.

You will have access to the entire home and large yard, large pool and spa with the exception of a couple locked closets and guesthouse.
