About this property

Enjoy 5 Acres of Privacy and fun!

Rancho Tres Agaves is a gorgeous private home on 5 acres. Your own piece of paradise! Relax next to the beautiful pool, spa, and bar area. Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect space for weddings, birthdays, family gatherings, and large groups. (Additional event fees apply to all events.) We provide a children's playground to entertain.

THE SPACE:
Three of the bedrooms are on the west side of the house.

Bedroom #1 has 2 Queen beds and 1 twin sofa beds. There is a 1 queen trifold bed and 1 twin trifold bed that is located in the closet.

Bedroom #2 has 2 Full beds and 1 twin sofa bed.

Bedroom #1 & 2 share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bedroom #3 has 2 Queen beds and 2 full size futons with it's own closet.

Master suite is located on the East side with a Cal King sleeps 2 with its own master suite bath and shower.

The Den has 2 Full beds and 1 twin size bed.

We also provide 1 twin sofa which is located in the living room.

With over 3,000 sq ft of space, there is room for everyone to enjoy.


GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to everything but the ranch area where stables and rodeo are located. We have plenty of parking for guest in the rear of house as well as garage parking. We also have an electric car charging station. We have 2 RV parking spots available with an additional fee.

Caretakers do live in the mobile homes on site. You still have full privacy and will not be bothered. Caretakers will not interrupt any of your late night parties or activities. Feel free to enjoy your stay.


GUEST INTERACTION:
To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in. Unless you need us for anything you can call us.

What time is check in and check out?
-Check in is at 3pm and check out is no later than 11am. If you would like an early check in our late check out please contact the property manager to see if those options are available for additional fees.

Will I need to meet the property manager to get a key?
-Rancho Tres Agaves has keyless locks. We will send directions and check in instructions prior to your stay.

Can we have the pool heated?
-Yes, there is additional fee for $200 per night.

Do you allow pets?
-Yes we do allow pets for an additional fee of $150 per pet.

Can I ship a package to my vacation home?
-We do not recommend shipping to the home however, if you really need to just let us know in advance so we can keep an eye on it.

Do you have RV parking available?
-Yes we have 2 RV parking spots available with an additional fee.

Bridal Party Weekend

We had a group of 20 adults, and the property housed us all comfortably both indoors and outdoors. The property manager was responsive and super helpful the entire weekend! Would definitely come back again!

Wow what a great place

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here with close family and friends. It was great! There was plenty of room for the 20 people in our group of all ages. The backyard is amazing! There was so much to do here we never left the property. The house is secluded so no need to worry about being quiet early. Cecilia was accommodating and responded quickly whenever I had any questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Palm Springs Home!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Cecilia's property. The home was HUGE and had everything we needed to have fun. Our favorite part of the house was DEFINITELY the outdoor area with the beautiful pool. Thanks for hosting us, staying here and spending times with my loved ones is now one of my favorite life memories.:)

A Getaway to Remember

Thank you so much for hosting us for my brother’s bachelor party weekend! There was plenty of space for all of us, the backyard was outta this world. We loved the pool and the privacy we had on this huge lot. Would recommended to friends visiting Indio.

Perfect secluded weekend getaway

Loved staying at this clean, spacious, private, well-appointed home near Palm Springs. Very gracious and communicative owner. The outdoor space is perfect for both relaxing and partying. The kids and adults had wonderful times here. We hope to return!

Amazing Spot!

We had a large group of 20 people and we all fit great! Unlike many spots in Palm Springs, the location is much bigger and has good distance from neighbors so we had a lot of space and could play music all day and night without any issues. The backyard is amazing and there is enough shade covering the pool so we could actually be out there most of the day. Will definitely book again!!

Perfect Rental Home

The property could not have been kept better. Huge bedrooms, living room, kitchen and possibly the most comfortable couch we have ever sat on. Backyard had a great pool and grass area for games. The outdoor kitchen was a big plus (even left us some gifts). We hope to be back soon

My Daughter’s Wedding

From start to finish Cecilia has been a pleasure to work with. We hosted my Daughter’s Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding at this property. Our immediate family stayed at the property for the event and before for preparation. It was amazing. The Wedding took place in the private front yard area and the reception in the large backyard. There was plenty of room for seating and dancing. Everyone had a great time. No complaints of music too loud, even though the DJ played until 1am. So many people complimented us on the great time and beautiful venue. At night the lights really make for a beautiful reception. My family enjoyed the space and swimming on our down time. Anything we needed, Cecilia and her staff were so accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend Rancho Tres Agaves if you’re looking to host a Wedding!

Great house, your own little paradise!

We got a big group of friends & family together here to celebrate an upcoming wedding, and it was amazing! The pool is fantastic, the house is spacious and clean, and the check in process was very easy. We'll definitely be back!

Family Lawless Desert Trip

Overall we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the home to the fullest! Ceclia was great getting back to us with a few issues very promptly which we appreciated. They allowed our kids to play the music and karaoke, sometimes late into the night! The rooms were very comfortable and everything was well stocked! We were alittle disappointed the the large outdoor BBQ was not functioning but they quickly brought another smaller one over right away! I would have to say the only negative was that you are not in complete privacy. There are alot of people coming and going next door on the ranch side, working on horses etc. but no one ever seemed to be lurking or bothering us at all. I would just prefer a wall or high fence so we felt a bit more private, but that's just us. It is a nice country feel with the horses etc. however! All in all this was the perfect place for our family to be together and to get to relax and play. We would highly recommend the property for any large events. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Awesome Rental for a New Year's Getaway

Several friends and I rented this house for New Year's and reunion. The place looked awesome online but was even better in person. The owner was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here.

An amazing experience

Annually, our group comes to Indio for a weekend trip in April. Without question, this stay was our favorite, thanks to this incredible home. The property contains everything we seek and more: beautiful, spacious grounds, a wonderful pool/spa, and a comfortable fully stocked home to relax and enjoy the company of our group. To top it all off, we felt completely supported by the owner, property management, and workers who were available to help with any need we had. I strongly recommend this home to anyone who is seeking space, privacy, and complete relaxation.

This place is amazing, spacious, clean, organized, and just beautiful. It literally has everything, with the exception of food, in order to enjoy a getaway!
