Small independent 2-room villa and comprising living room with equipped American kitchen (fridge / freezer, washing machine, oven ...) one bedroom with double bed (new bedding), convertible sofa (new) in the living room, garden furniture, deckchairs , secured. The rental is located 1 km from the Brusc beach and the port, the environment is very quiet, several terraces in the shade and in the sun. Available free of charge: 3 mountain bikes (basic). Wireless. small secure room (personal bikes, roof box, diving equipment ...). Your vehicle will be parked in the fenced garden and closed by a gate. New in 2019: a new fridge / freezer, bigger (... and more beautiful), a hair dryer and towels available on request and free of charge.

I lived in Sanary many years ago, 1974-78, and have returned to the area many times. This trip was very special because I was travelling with my partner, Anthony, who came from New Zealand., for his 1st trip abroad. So I was looking for an authentic location that was close to my friends, the beach, the village of Le Brusc. Jean Francois’s place was perfection! I felt like I had travelled back in time to 40 years ago! And Jean Francois was the perfect host and so helpful in every way. We could walk to the beach, the weather was perfect..,ripe grapes on the vine, une petite terrasse, une vrai plaisir. Great wee restaurants on the port, markets galore, lots to do locally...hiking, biking, boating. A place that means so much to me and it was very hard to leave. We highly recommend this wee cottage and the area has so much to offer without being too touristy. Merci Jean Francois, nous retournerons avec plaisir❤️ Jean and Anthony

Ménage complet fait (la vérification par mes soins n'avait pas pu être réalisée) , électro ménager défectueux changé sous 24 h et humidité traité après 3 jours de pluie non stop.

Alles hat prima geklappt. Netter Vermieter, der sehr diskret ist, aber gerne Auskünfte gibt, wenn man möchte. Sehr ruhige Lage, auch bei Mistral. Circa 1,5km zum Strand und zum Carrefour sowie kleinen Läden im Hafen von Le Brusc. Dort gute Bistros, boulangerie, charcuterie etc sowie Markt am Donnerstag.
