the apartment is nice, usefully designed and agreeable, anyway the loggia is the one, which gives this place a great impression ... as well the beautyfull surrounded garden and the position of property in the fantastic location make this place very very nice ... and very kind neghbours ... sur, it is plece, where we woul d like comeback thanks much Marta Dlabikova

Dommage ....

Nous avons passe un sejour assez mitige a vrai dire mais somme toute agreable. Il y a de vrais efforts a faire.pour que le vacancier puisse se sentir à l'aise Avec toute mon amitié à Didier le propriétaire malgre tout Voila les points négatifs que l'on a retenu : - pas de wifi ( en 2020 ce n'est pas acceptable ) et l'information est omise sur l'annonce - pas de chaines TV du coup ... hors TNT! - chaleur insoutenable et pas de climatisation / pas de ventilateurs ( 1 ventilateur arrivé 2 jours apres une demande en urgence) - bruit de la rue infernal avec les scooters qui s'élancent dans la côte toute la nuit Donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres Impossible de dormir dans la tres petite chambre ... c'est un four ! chaleur + bruit + moustiques Je n'ai pas dormi avant 4h du matin les deux premiers jours - aucune precision claire sur le fonctionnement de la copropriete ou sur les alentours Heures de la piscine /comment s'y rendre / emplacement des poubelles, les magasins a proximite les plages les restaurants les randonnes.. rien (a part de tres vieux Guide du Routards qui ne concernent pas les alentours de Cannes ) - les 'denrées" de base et pour le premier jour manquaient - quelques bouteilles d'eau au moins Ps : Il y avait 1 seul rouleau de papier toilettes ... Et je finirais par une sorte d'effet bunker dans l'appartement ... aucune communication même avec un forfait Orange ! Obligé d'aller sur le balcon pour avoir la wifi ou la 4g ... donc oblige de laisser le volet roulant ouvert la nuir et jour .. ou ne pas recevoir ces appels ! Sachant que l'appartement est au second étage avec possibilite d'accès au balcon via la rampe pour se rendre au parking ...donc dun point de vie securité le volet roulant ouvert la nuit ne rassure pas - le prix pour les serviettes et les deaps me semble excessif ! Autant acheter 2 jeux de draps et les intervertir a chaque locataires ( daileurs je dois encore contacter l'agence à ce sujet ) - 1 seul jeu de clé Cela peut représenter un steess pour le locataire en cas d'oubli de la cle a l'intérieur par ex .. Points positifs Lappartement est bien situé pour rayonner sur Cannes Centre Croisette Bocca Les fournitures de cuisine sont suffisants La piscine est un havre de paix qui fait oublié les points cites plus hauts
