Nice little cottage in a good location near the sea

We enjoyed the stay. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house is really tiny, but almost everything you need is there. The pool is great. The worn out pool chairs and cushions were and will be replaced.

Lovely Place to Stay

We were in Vallauris to visit family for 4 days. This was a perfect place for us to stay. The host was wonderful and communicative. Everything was clean and well appointed. The property itself is heaven. In the mornings, I would get up, make coffee and sit outside on the patio reading my book and taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings - paradise. We would stay here again!

A fantastic little house with a stunning view

I highly recommend staying here. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need – a private pool, washing machine, and dishwasher – and it's also very quiet and peaceful.The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.It takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the shops and the sea. At the beach, you’ll find several great restaurants and the option to rent a sunbed.We’ve had a truly perfect holiday here – a place we’d love to return to!Many thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Tiny House im großen Garten der Vermieter mit Pool, Meerblick und wenigen VerbesserungsvorschlĂ€gen

Das kleine zweietagige HĂ€uschen - wahrscheinlich ein ehemaliger Schuppen - ist modern ausgebaut und hat nahezu alles, was man braucht. Es liegt im Garten und neben dem Haus der sehr gastfreundlichen und zurĂŒckhaltenden Vermieterfamilie. Dazu gehört die Mitbenutzung des Gartens und des Pools. Der Blick auf das Meer und den kleinen KĂŒstenort Golfe-Juan ist vor allem bei Sonnenauf- und -Untergang atemberaubend schön. Die Lage ist ideal fĂŒr AusflĂŒge rund um die CĂŽte d‘Azur, der Strand am Ort (ca. 1 km entfernt) sehr schön. Wir haben dort zu zweit 2 Wochen verbracht. FĂŒr 3 Personen wĂ€re uns das HĂ€uschen zu klein. Zwei Punkte halten wir fĂŒr verbesserungsbedĂŒrftig: Auf der Terrasse fehlt eine Beleuchtung/Lampe - bei Kerzenschein kann man im Dunkeln leider nicht lesen. Und im Haus fehlen kleine LĂ€mpchen, vor allem im Schlafzimmer (Stichwort NachttischlĂ€mpchen), aber auch im unteren Wohnraum. Da ist es gleißend hell. Wichtig ist uns der Hinweis: FĂŒr Ă€ltere und insbesondere fĂŒr Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten ist die Location nicht geeignet. Die Wege zum HĂ€uschen und zum Pool sind nicht gemacht, und im Haus und zur Terrasse sind einige Stufen zu ĂŒberwinden. Fazit: Empfehlenswert fĂŒr nicht Fußlahme! 😜

Zugang ist noch provisorisch. Das Haus ist Top, Einrichtung und Ausstattung sehr gut. Weg zum Pool verbesserungswĂŒrdig. Liegen und Auflagen am Pool verschlissen. Poolzeiten eingeschrĂ€nkt. Ein Grill wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert.
