House - Villa of 150 m2 for 8 people in an enclosed garden of 3300 m2 with secure swimming pool (roller shutter), heated from the beginning of June to the end of September by 10 by 5 by 1.40 deep, near the village of Besse sur Issole (15 min on foot - 1.5 km): bakery, butcher, pharmacy, press, tobacco, grocery, hairdresser, post office, doctor.

House - Villa composed of 4 bedrooms, living room - dining room, independent fitted kitchen, utility room, 2 shower rooms (1 shower room adjoining the master bedroom and 1 shower room upstairs), 2 Separate WC, laundry room, 1 terrace with pergola and 1 terrace with awning, 1 pétanque court.
• 1 bedroom on the ground floor with double bed (160X190)
• 3 bedrooms upstairs with double bed (140X190)

Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé de bonnes vacance. Maison très agréable. Par contre l'absence de climatisation est très préjudiciable lors des fortes chaleur comme nous avons eu. Accès piscine depuis maison à risque pour personnes à mobilité réduite, agées et jeunes enfants. Chiens du voisinage assez bruyant la nuit. Frigidaire un peu juste pour 8 personnes.

Our Villa experience

It was a lovely well equipped villa with a wonderful pool which we used a lot. We missed not having air conditioning as the outdoor temperature was really hot on our stay. We do think that some maintenance is needed around the outside space. The garden and patio areas were in need of some attention but we did have a lovely holiday.

Deux semaines en pleine soleil

Nous avons passez 15 jours de vacances en juin 2022 dans une maison très jolie. Interieur de la maison était super et l'ammeublement très chic dans toutes les chambres. Tout ce qu'on a besoin était en place, cuisine trés bien équipée. La piscine était bien grand, mais le carrelage à l'entourage du piscine était dans un état mauvais. Le carrelage etait cassé aux plusieurs endroits et mal réparé. Malheuresement il n'y avait pas des parasols. La table dehors sur la terrasse couvert (tres jolie) sera trop petite si on y va être avec plus de six personnes. Apart de ça nous avons passée un temps très agréable à la Villa caba !

Amazing!

A stunning villa! Spacious, stylish and comfortable, with all amenities needed. Lot's of outside areas, for breakfast, dinner, sunbathing and relaxing. Large pool and beautiful boule-"arena". Only 5 minutes to the closet village (boulangerie, grocery, butcher, bar, restaurants) and large supermarkets within 10 minutes. Very helpful owner and easy and enjoyable "check-in and check-out". We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche zu zweit in dem komfortablen Haus verbracht und wunderschöne erholsame Sonnenstunden am Pool verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht.
