The property is ideally located in the countryside in the middle of vast fields of apricot trees, however, it is not isolated and the village shops (bakery, newsagent, post office, supermarket, restaurants etc ... are less than 1 km the villa.
You will be quiet, without nuisance, not overlooked and with views of the massive of the hillock '.


Built in 2013, with an area of ​​150 m² including 25 m² of garage converted into sauna space. The villa is air conditioned and offers: 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets.
All rooms have high-quality bedding (memory mattress 27 cm thick).

Graveson is a peaceful village, typical Provencal between the Rhône and Durance, in the foothills of the "Montagnette".
Around Graveson extends the fabulous landscape of the Alpilles hills with pine, olive and cypress trees.
You can easily reach the various tourist sites in the area: Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence, Avignon, Pont du Gard, the Luberon, the Camargue.
For Golfers can practice your sport on a course of 6 holes 7 kms, 4 18 holes in a radius of 15 km to 35 km, and 2 9 holes within 30 kms.

You will have an excellent Internet connection ADSL (WIFI free), via a Freebox at your disposal in the villa and of which you will be the only users.
There are 200 TV channels.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa. Besonders die Zeit am Pool und auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Jeden Abend konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Villa liegt günstig um viele schöne Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte und Dörfer zu machen. Wir haben außerdem traumhafte Wanderungen in den Alpilles unternommen. Abends konnten wir uns in der Sauna entspannen. Eric ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Eingezäuntes Grundstück. Ideal mit Hund. Sehr ruhige Lage an Olivenfeldern. Möglichkeiten zum Wandern , für Radtouren oder zum Mittelmeer. Oder einfach nur am Pool entspannen. Nette Vermieter! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Une maison et un endroit parfait

La maison et le jardin sont un rêve, dans un endroit très calme. Tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Nous avons rarement eu une maison de vacances tellement propre. La cuisine est généreusement équipée de tout. Eric est très sympa et discret. Il y a un bon restaurant à Graveson («Le bistrot sous les platanes ») et St. Rémy offre un grand choix de bons restaurants. Les deux semaines de vacances dans cette maison étaient super.

Très belle experience

Nous avons passé un séjours magique. Le lieu est très calme. Nous avons pu profité du sauna et de la piscine, un bonheur immence pour les 3 citadines que nous sommes. Le propriétaire est réactif et rassurant. Bien que la maison n'est pas adapté PMR pour autant elle est fonctionnelle pour une personne en situation de handicap. Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr professionelle Abwicklung schon vor der Reise durch den Vermieter. Auch auf Anfragen wurde umgehend reagiert. Der Check-in ist durch die Schlüsselbox unproblematisch, ansonsten der Empfang durch Monsieur Miollan sehr herzlich. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Die eingestellten Fotos entsprechen vollumfänglich den vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Orts Graveson. In Graveson sind alle notwendigen Einrichtungen der Infrastruktur vorhanden. Tagsüber ist der Straßenverkehr der RN je nach Windstärke und Windrichtung etwas zu hören ist aber nicht wirklich störend und das war es dann auch schon mit Geräuschen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen in entgegengesetzter Richtung. Nachts ist es wirklich absolut ruhig. Das Haus ist vollumfänglich eingerichtet und durch die 2 Bäder bzw. 2 separate WCs auch für 2 Paare ohne diesbezügliche gegenseitige Einschränkung optimal nutzbar. Auch Teller und Besteck sind in ausreichender Anzahl sowie notwendige Küchenuntensilien überhaupt vorhanden, dem ist oft leider nicht so. Der beheizte Pool konnte schon Ende März genutzt werden. Auch Liegen und Liegestühle sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die beiden Fahrräder befinden sich in gutem Allgemeinzustand. Generell ist die Lage des Hauses optimal, da die allermeisten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Provence und der Camargue innerhalb einer Autostunde zu erreichen sind. Ich war innerhalb von 5 Jahren nun zum zweiten Mal dort und habe mich wieder so wohl gefühlt wie beim letzten Mal. Ganz klare Empfehlung meinerseits.

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit sehr netten und sehr kooperativen Vermietern

Ein im Grünen gelegenes großes Haus mit sehr sauberem Pool. Wir hatten absolute Ruhe und die sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen, wollten niemals stören, haben niemals gestört und waren bei Fragen und Problemen (die es nicht gab) jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Einchecken verlief absolut problemlos, die Betten waren so wie gewünscht bezogen, zur Begrüßung standen eine Flasche Bio-Traubensaft und eine kleine Flasche Bio-Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung bereit. Wir werden wiederkommen, es war sehr erholsam und wir haben Haus, Pool und die Ruhe genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war völlig unproblematisch.

Prachtige woning

De gastheer/gastvrouw zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam. De woning is volledig privé zoals in de advertentie staat omschreven. Wij hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad, samen met onze twee teckels. Het domein is volledig afgesloten. Alle toestellen werken perfect. Na een stroompanne door een onweer is gastheer Eric ons direct komen helpen. Zwembad is verwarmd en wordt zeer goed onderhouden door de automatische robot. In de tuin is er ook een robot die het allemaal goed onderhoud. Inchecken + uitchecken is zonder problemen verlopen. Alles was aanwezig in de woning en is zeker een aanrader om te huren. Ten slotte wij hebben een prachtvakantie gehad en Eric/ vrouw hebben ons goed opvangen en zijn zeker een referentie qua gastvrijheid. De advertentie is correct met de weergave in real life. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et serviables. La propriété est complètement privée comme décrit dans l'annonce. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances avec nos deux teckels. La propriété est entièrement fermée. Tous les appareils fonctionnent parfaitement. Après une coupure de courant due à un orage, l'hôte Eric est venu nous aider immédiatement. La piscine est chauffée et très bien entretenue par le robot automatique. Dans le jardin, il y a aussi un robot qui entretient tout cela très bien. Le check-in et le check-out se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Tout était présent dans la maison et est définitivement recommandé à la location. Enfin, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et Eric/son épouse ont pris soin de nous et sont définitivement une référence en termes d'hospitalité. L'annonce est correcte avec la vue dans la vie réelle.

Villa de rêve

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine , avons été très bien accueillis et reçu des cadeaux de bienvenue. Tout est conforme à l’annonce, la maison est propre et spacieuse , le jardin fleuri et bien entretenu. La vue est magnifique , pas de vis à vis , aucun bruit, juste le magnifique chant des cigales.La piscine est un coin de paradis , une température à 28/29 degrés très agréable . La borne anti moustique est efficace puisque nous n’avons quasiment pas été piqués. Nous avons pu faire de jolies balades à vélo en pleine nature, un vélo supplémentaire avait gentiment été mis à disposition pour notre fille. Le centre de Graveson est animé le soir avec bars et restaurants. Un musée intéressant y est présent également. De nombreuses visites possibles aux alentours également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir , merci pour tout!

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger, ortsnaher Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Garten und Pool laden zum Entspannen ein. In den Schaukelstühlen auf der Terrasse lässt sich die Aussicht auf die Berge genießen. Die Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafbereich haben für sehr angenehme Temperaturen im Haus gesorgt. Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit.

Excellent, clean, as advertised

Well-appointed, clean, functional house in a rural location near Avignon, a very short drive away from the village of Graveson which has amenities. Arrival and departure without a hitch, house was exactly as advertised. We were only a couple in the off-season but this would be a great place for a family during the summer to enjoy the pool and large living spaces.
