ERBALUNGA. Apartment in Rez-de-villa renovated with an independent entrance located 1 km from the village of Erbalunga. Discover this typical village with its picturesque streets, its outdoor theater, with all shops and all types of food: from snacks to gourmet restaurant. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed two people, flat screen TV, WIFI, a room with a bed 140. The separate kitchen has a washing machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. The bathroom consists of two basins, a shower and a toilet. The apartment also has a large terrace of 30m2 independent located between sea and maquis with deckchairs, garden furniture and a barbecue. Many activities: beach, diving, hiking, horseback riding, river. Located 10 minutes from Bastia, 45 minutes from Saint-Florent, 15 minutes from a sandy beach and 5 minutes from a pebble. Beau volume et bel emplacement cependant un peu loin d’Erbalunga (2km).

Appartement bien équipé mais certains de ces derniers auraient besoins d’être changés (lave linge, rideau de douche, climatisation, mobilier de jardin…).

Un emplacement idéal

Un endroit calme et frais. Une grande salle de bain et cuisine. La grande terrasse est appréciée. Un chemin méconnu permet de gagner le bas du village à pied rapidement.
