Welcome to our home in the heart of one of Columbia's most desirable neighborhoods. Located in Hampton Ridge, a wonderfully walkable neighborhood. Just 1.25 mile walk / drive to Starbucks, Target, Barnes and Noble, Chipotle and more! This recently renovated 3800 sq. ft. home is surely to provide the perfect place to relax with easy access to everything Columbia has to offer. 5 BR/4 BA home sleeps 9 comfortably. The Master bedroom downstairs has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with garden tub and separate shower. The second downstairs bedroom has a twin bed with an ensuite full bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with bunkbeds and two bedrooms with queen beds along with two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas range and double ovens. Luxury backyard oasis with pool, spa, tanning ledge and plenty of lounge space as well as Goalrilla basketball goal and trampoline. Plenty of space for parking.
Immediate access to 77. Within a mile of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, the VA Medical Center, 20 minutes to the Columbia Airport, 12 minutes to Williams Brice Stadium. We hope to host you!
