The Bleu gîte for 8 people includes:

A spacious 40m2 living room, comfortable LED TV, blu-ray player, stereo and internet.
A fully equipped independent kitchen.
1 independent terrace of 25m2 with pool view and barbecue
2 large bedrooms with double beds (1 of 140 and 1 of 160)
1 large mezzanine bedroom with 4 single beds, LED TV, blu-ray player, Wii console.
2 walk-in shower rooms and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

You have 120 m2 of private terrace and can also share a heated and secure swimming pool, a bowling green, a ping-pong table, and a shaded relaxation area in the middle of the vineyards with hammock, swing, etc.
The land and the swimming pool are common to both gîtes.

500 m from the village center and its shops, in an old semi-detached house, with 2 stone gîtes, entirely restored by craftsmen from Vallon and ourselves, come and discover the Gorges de l'Ardèche Nature Reserve, the Chauvet Cave (UNESCO) and all its tourist sites.

At the end of the stay, the premises must be returned in the condition equivalent to that of entry into use. Therefore, if the cleaning of the equipment and premises is not done or is unsatisfactory, the cleaning necessary for the restoration will systematically be charged an additional 50 to 100 euros.
