The French House

We rent our large summer outbuilding comfortably furnished and dedicated to this purpose.
It is completely secure and fenced, little vis-à-vis, thus preserving your privacy.

Located in downtown Béziers, 500 meters east of the arenas, close to all amenities on foot.
The whole is quiet, inside a private property, with great ease of parking in front of the house.
It is a small house of 70 m2, independent, with a beautiful exterior, located at the back of our main residence.
There is a bedroom on the mezzanine (160cm bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the outside with a bar, a 30 m2 living room, a large hacienda-type covered terrace of 32 M2 with garden furniture, and an 8m by 4m swimming pool exclusively reserved for tenants with a 300m2 garden around with BBQ.

Rental exclusion reserved for adults of a maximum of two, without children or teenagers and without pets.
The house, the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively reserved for the tenants.
Barbeque available.

Pleasantly located to quickly get to the beach (15 minutes), visit the city and its historic center, or visit the Hérault hinterland...

Feeling of countryside and isolation due to the configuration of the premises while being in the city center to have all the amenities without wasting time in travel and above all, ideally located to quickly recover major roads or means of transport ...Bus, TGV, airport...
