vrKCV - Kona Isle E4, Professionally Managed by Kona Coast Vacations.

This unit is VERY peaceful! The waves crashing on the rocks helps drown out noises from the other units and the beautifully maintained lawn as your back yard to the water. It is a corner unit on the ground floor so it opens up the "private space" for this condo. The complex next door faces south so there are no other units that look over your lanai. The sunsets from the lanai are spectacular! Perfect unit for watching the outriggers in the morning, the spinner dolphins, parasailers, some surfers and spear fishers! Very clean and quiet.

One of the best locations in the complex, this unit features 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen & ceilings fans. Being on the end, you have a nice bank of floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom, and a smaller window in the shower, which allows not only good ventilation, but adds lots of daylight. The bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate additional guests. *Portable AC unit in the Bedroom only.

The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk. The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace. Free WiFi access in complex.

Nice ocean front unit

Beautiful ocean view and ground floor access. Very comfortable living room seating and bed. Well appointed kitchen. Construction next door was a bother and the unit is alongside the public beach access to the saltwater pool so lots of activity day/night. Kona Isle grounds and pool new wonderfully maintained.

A beautiful, special place!

We were very fortunate to stay in this beautiful ocean-front unit at Kona Isle! The ground-level location is so convenient, and the view from the lanai is amazing. Being able to sit at the outdoor table to eat, relax, and watch sunset was really a treat. We would definitely stay here again!

Steps from the water, a few more to entertainment

Caught sunset (almost) every evening as the back opens to a serene environment and atmosphere. Small place, perfect for 2. Lots of small things like pots, pans, utensils so we had many meals we were able to prepare ourselves. For the nights you want a restaurant and tourist watching, you can walk or drive approx 1mile.

The property and the view was amazing! We BBQ'd and sat out on the chaise lounges near the beach. Wonderful sunsets every night. We were happy the bedroom had AC, but it was a stand-alone unit and was kind of loud at night. No sound of the waves over the AC.
