The living room features A/C, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. A pair of high-powered binoculars is included for spotting turtles and whales. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, A/C, ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom. Bedroom #2 is above the living room and is sufficiently cooled by the living room A/C. In addition to the listed amenities, #403 also has a vacuum cleaner, Circulon cookware, a spice rack, Kitchenaid knife block, and Kitchenaid hand mixer, a set of mixing bowls, BBQ tools, a waterproof rechargeable Bluetooth speaker, and a Sharper Image 6-port USB charging station. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.

The view from the balcony was spectacular! The condo, not so much. The windows and door leak and howl in the wind. The bathrooms don’t have vents or windows, therefore the humidity lingers. In general, this condo is in need of a serious overhaul.

Is totally worth the stay just for the view!! lost count how many whales we saw from the balcony! Awesome! Also saw sea turtles just below on the shore of the condo!! just a couple areas for improvement white floor trim was bare in a few spots, one drawer of refrig did not work ( but no problem still lots of space in frig, and one window shade was torn some at the bottom- we reported both issues and was offered help if needed but we did not believe either issue would alter our stay. Only other issue was getting a copy of final bill from rental company- took 2 emails and a phone call still waiting- guess this is by request only and not automatic.We would definitely stay again and hope to! thanks for sharing your home with us!!

We enjoyed our stay. Had a small issue with the toilet not flushing towards the end of our stay but it was promptly addressed by the owner as were any questions we had. The only things we would change if we could would be the AC not being on a timer as it got hot during the night and more available hot water for the shower, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again!! Beautiful property!

Great location. The air condition situation was horrible. No extra boxes of Kleenex tissue as one had just one sheet and the other was low. The microwave and dryer are too high for short people.

Loved our stay here. 2 adults in main room, and 2 teens in upstairs room. We each had our own bathrooms which was nice. The view is the real selling point though...honestly the best we saw on the island being right on the water with views of Haleakala as well. 4 beach chairs and an umbrella were very nice too. Great central location.

This property was very centrally located and the views were fantastic. Communication with the property manager was great and the pool, hot tub, and beach at the end of the street were great after a long day. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the unit and property were clean but worn. The towels were thin and the pillows flat but overall would stay again.
