Newly Renovated Luxury Top Floor Condo! Walk to PickleBall! Gated/ Pool/ Gym
Welcome to Botanical Place. This home is in a gated community on a very desirable street – Bayshore Drive – which is close to Olde Naples. This a recently remodeled (June 2024) three bedroom, two bath condo on the fourth floor in a newer gated community offering over 1,500 sq. ft with a screened in patio overlooking the pool and clubhouse and common garden area. We have recently remodeled and have added new living, dining, lighting, decor, appliances, linens and lighting throughout.
We have furnished the unit as we, the owners, stay here occasionally – which means large Smart TV’s with lots of cable and high speed internet, super comfy mattresses, lots of great linens, appliances and upgraded kitchen and bath amenities.
There is a King bed in the master, Queen bed in the spare and two twin beds in the den and lots of seating for family! The kitchen and baths have granite countertops and lots of high end furnishings and appliances. The living room has 50 inch flat screen HD Smart TVs, the master has a 42" HD TV and the queen spare bedroom has a 36 inch flat screen as well - we didn't forget the guests in the Den - there is a 42" Smart TV (no cable, but internet). The balcony has comfy seating with two 'cuddle' chairs (each suitable for two adults) and a hassock for more seating or for putting feet up. The kitchen and laundry and other areas are FULLY STOCKED for your visit - kitchen has service for 8 and the laundry has newer (2020) clean washer/dryer and lots of supplies to make sure your stay is comfortable.
As rental owners and rental users we always understand that you want not only to feel at home, but also to feel pampered. We stock high end bedding and towels, custom closets, brand new appliances, totally stocked kitchen and always - ALWAYS - a clean, uncluttered home. Games, puzzles and DVDs for your pleasure and if you need anything, we live locally and can help however we can to make your stay more enjoyable.
We also offer other amenities to make sure your visits to the pool and beach are fun - pool towels and beach chairs as well as pool accessories. Our home is also handicapped accessible with large doorways and handrails into the showers and toilet areas. We can answer all of your additional questions as well.
We also have an oversized one-car garage which not only houses your vehicle but also TONS of beach and pool toys (8 Boogie Boards, chairs, etc.)
The community has a large pool, spa, workout facilities, grilling area and large common areas with TVs and seating so that you can host in style. The grounds are well maintained and offer outside walking paths.
There is lots of parking available and very secure. As typical to Naples, all renters in our community are required to complete a Renter Agreement which allows for an entry pass through the gate, a parking pass as well as entry passes to the amenities ($150 processing fee, which is refundable upon approval).
This up and coming location offers lots of dining options such as the new Celebration Park - it is a casual food truck venue (I think there are 10 now) ranging from Pizza to Organics. The trucks are attached to the large bar and marina with picnic table and games for the kids, very fun. This eatery is directly across from 7th Ave Social Club East and also is the legendary The Real McCaw, as well as the new 'Med' Italian eatery. Then the truly authentic Mexican restaurants, Molcajetes and Taqueria San Julio and the new brewery is making our area a draw for locals. New restaurants and bars opened this year as well - 'Rebecca's and The Maddox' should make Bayshore the new 'East Downtown' area and don't forget BACI's, an Italian eatery known for their pizza just off Weeks Ave.
We are also close to Sugden Park, which is less than a mile away and has the largest freshwater lake in Southwest Florida. Walking Paths, Sailing Classes, Freshwater Beach, Kid Friendly Activities and lots of family oriented events makes Sugden Park one of the best parts of Olde East Naples.
BayView Park is the Eastern Boat Launch and Park off Naples Bay – much larger than those off of the Western Bay and just as accessible. Fish off the park and have a great picnic less than 1.5 miles away. Don't forget Botanical Gardens, which is only 1 mile from the house - awesome venue and worth the visit.
One of the best new additions to the Bayshore area is the East Naples Community Park, which hosts the annual INTERNATIONAL PICKLEBALL OPEN in April as well as numerous competitions and tournaments throughout the year. The park is walking distance from the condo so you don't have to worry about parking.

We have been visiting Naples since the early 1990's and moved here permanently about 13 years ago. We have been blessed to be in such a fabulous city but are also anxious to continue our travels. We purchased this property because of its location and amenities. We love our town and can't wait to share the wonderful experiences we have had here with others.
