The house was wonderful. It is not often that a place is BETTER than the pictures. It was very clean, had all the amenities and beautiful appliances. This is definitely one of the best places that I have stayed in Sunriver!

Excellent home for our vacation!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was clean, well stocked with all the kitchen essentials and more than enough bath and hot tub towels. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the future!

Our best rental yet!

We stay in Sunriver often and this was hands down the best rental for us. We are a family of 5, plus two dogs. Two en suite bedrooms with kings for us and our daughters, and the queen for our son. Bathrooms for everyone! The great room is comfortable without all the 'Sunriver Whimsy' you find in most homes here. The kitchen was beyond serviceable, as we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal: Plenty of pots, pans, cookware, utensils, everything. All TVs were born in this decade and smart--also something you don't always see in Sunriver. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the north market. Bennington is the most attentive and polite of the Sunriver management companies. I would rent with them first, honestly. But the best compliment? Our kids asked if we could stay here every time!

Great location. Perfect house.

Great location - easy quick access to the north store/gas station and Hwy to get to Bend; also just off Beaver drive so straight shot to mall. House is great. Everything was wonderful and in perfect order. Loved the floor plan and the deck area where you could enjoy hot tub, bbq and just relaxing altogether at same time (often hot tub is walled off, but this one is part of the deck area). Would absolutely stay here again.

Family time in Sunriver

This was a perfect venue for our family get together (celebrating the completion of Dad’s cancer treatment.) The house was comfortable for 5 adults with a combination of together spaces and privacy. Dinner on the deck with hot tub time under the stars! Could not have asked for more.

Very comfy

The check in and out procedures couldn't have been easier and communication with the management staff was immediate. They also like communicating through texting which was really convenient. Never took them more than a few minutes to respond to my texts during their business hours.
