Karen was a great host. The suite was clean, had all the amenities needed, close to shopping, beach, park, and plenty of street parking for small cars. There is parking around the corner for larger vehicles. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity.
This space and neighborhood worked great for me while I was visiting family in the Sunset. Karen was very responsive. She has created a lovely and comfortable apartment.
This property met all our needs while we were in SF to visit family. The unit was clean and a perfect size. The bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bathroom was modern and shower was great !. The backyard could use a little grooming, but the gazebo was charming. This property is a great option for a SF stay.
Newly renovated, super clean and comfortable apartment. After hectic day of work, enjoyed returning to the apartment. Very quiet and spacious. Only minor negative is location. If working in downtown SF, it is a hike. Plan for at least 30 mins transit time and would suggest using metro as Uber takes awhile. There is a bus/metro option which I found very convenient. Property owner was detail oriented and made things very easy. I would easily stay here again. Great place.
This apartment was very clean and well kept. Karen made the check-in and out process very easy. She was a great host and we hardly heard a footstep from above the apartment. It was very nice to have a full kitchen, shower, and separate bedroom. The couch could be better, but it worked. This location is within walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop, sushi etc. The BART is a few miles away and Muni stops are within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Overall a great place. Thank you!
My husband and I stayed in Karen‘s apartment over Christmas. We were visiting my brother and his family for the holidays (who also live in the Sunset district), and this turned out to be the perfect place. I am a little bit of a clean freak, and apartment was spotless upon our arrival. Although we didn’t do any cooking, it was nice to have a full kitchen. We made use of the coffee maker every morning, and the kitchen appeared to be stocked with everything you would need for basic cooking. The bed was extremely comfortable and my only one suggestion would be new bed pillows (they were a little flat for our liking, but realize everyone has different preferences).
Karen let us know that we could park in the driveway if it was open, which we took advantage of several nights. We generally returned to the apartment late in the evenings so parking on their street was a little tight, but no issues finding parking right around the corner less than a minute walk to the house.
Karyn was extremely responsive each time I reached out to her and this will definitely be our go-to rental each time we visit my brother. Thanks Karen for such a wonderful stay!
We had a lovely stay in Karen's apartment. Very safe & quiet neighbourhood with good transport links to Downtown. The SF zoo was about a 15/20 min walk down Sloat Blvd towards the beach which was a further 5/10 mins walk. The beach was stunning! The apartment was very, very clean with plenty of utensils & cleaning products. Great washer/dryer in garage. Lovely outside space that had the sun in the afternoon. Bed was so, so comfortable & the rainfall shower was wonderful, such soft water. A really wonderful apartment which we definitely recommend. Lynn & Wayne
I was so impressed with how clean and comfortable this unit was. It is obvious Karen truly cares about their customers stay and want them to be as comfortable as possible. All the necessities were there. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Thank you!
The property was very nice. Parking is a bit of a problem as spaces nearby we’re very small and few. It was close to our daughters home which is why we chose it.
The apartment was clean and public transportation is readily available. We traveled throughout the city without any issues. There is a Target, Trader Joes and mall within a mile of the apartment so you can stock up with what you need. Great place and reasonably priced.
Amazingly clean. Equipped enough for two of us. Bed was very comfortable. We used Lyft to get everywhere we wanted to go. Never waited more than 4 minutes for a Lyft ride anywhere in the city. Karen and her daughters were most gracious and allowed us to use the driveway so we did not have to move our car at all. Parking is a mess in SF so using the driveway is a REALLY BIG deal. Thank you so much. We would not hesitate to stay here again. So beautifully decorated. You can tell Karen cares about not only her property but making sure her guests are comfortable as well. Nothing bad to say. Rent it and be assured you will enjoy yourself.
This clean quiet comfortable property has new appliances and plumbing fixtures. It has three locked entries to gain access into the property. The upstairs tenants were very quiet. It is close by to a shopping center and a short drive to the Golden Gate bridge. Getting in or out of the driveway can be tight if there are cars parked on each side of the entrance. It’s very important that you follow the guidelines regarding parking that Karen provides. Other than our trip to Muir Woods we left the car safely in the driveway and used Lyft to travel to Pier 39, China Town, and Ghirardelli Square. It was much easier and parking would have been a pain and very expensive at those places. We never waited more than three minutes for a Lyft service coming or going. We used the washer and dryer located in the garage during our stay. The bed was comfortable and there is a sign above the toilet requesting that you don’t flush paper towels or toilet paper down the toilet. Overall we were pleased with our stay at this property and would use it again.
This is a little gem of a one bedroom. The backyard is lovely. The bed is comfortable and everything is brand spanking new. While it is far removed from downtown, the neighborhood has it own eateries and markets & is super close to the beach.
Overall highly satisfied with the stay. Place was very clean upon arrival and upstairs occupants are very quiet. Being 8 mins from the coast was awesome, and this place was so close to everything. This location can easily hold two people easily.
Only two things to note: Parking is a pain and can be pricy if you mess up. I parked less than 12inches into someone’s drive way and it ended up being almost a $700 ticket so avoid parking if possible Uber/Lyft if possible to avoid issues. After the inconvenience of my car being towed away I asked the landlord if I could use the drive way for the rest of the trip.
The 2nd thing is the landlord requests that you don’t flush toilet paper down the toilet.
Like I said overall great place would give a 5/5 if only the towing inconvenience didn’t occur.
We didn’t see washers/dryers when we were there so not sure if it’s in a different location.
Great place. Very quite neighborhood. The place has everything for comfortable stay. Uber to the downtown cost $12-16.

Great spot in the Sunset
This is a very clean and newly-redone property, very quiet and comfortable. Easy to get into and secure, close to the bus stop on Sloat and a short jaunt to shopping at Lakeshore Plaza, West Portal, or Stonestown. Nice, private area in the back to enjoy outside. Being so new, it was lacking a couple of minor items, like a toaster, washcloths, and kleenex. Karen is a very responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend!

Super Clean and Quiet
This was good place in SF. A little far from downtown, but a fun bike ride if you have a bike. Close to SF State, so great for visiting parents. Close to grocery stores and whatever else you might need on a short trip.
Very safe, multiple door locks and parking in the driveway if you ask.

Brand new and clean.
Stayed for 1 week while on business. Parking is tight but it is that way everywhere in SF. Just use ride sharing to get around unless you absolutely need your own car. Quiet neighborhood.
