Coste Investissement - Le vieil olivier 2

Ground floor villa, facing south, perfectly equipped and completely renovated in 2016.

Our 90 m² house is modern and bright. She is very pleasant to live with. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge) leading to an open living room of around 25 m².

The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms (two with a 160 x 200 double bed and 1 bedroom with two twin beds (90 X 200)

Bathroom with shower (villa "le clos de l'olivier") or bathtub (villa "pichouline") and washing machine. Independent toilets.

Outside, you will enjoy a covered terrace of 16 m² facing south on which you can take all your meals.

The terrace overlooks the fully enclosed garden of around 300 m² and the heated swimming pool of 6. 20 m x 3. 40 m. Our pool also benefits from a counter-current swimming device and balneotherapy nozzles.

Sunbathing and an outdoor lounge (perfect for an aperitif and tasting the little rosé wines of the region!) await you around the wooden beach of approximately 35 m². Alarm to NF standards.

Possibility to park your car in the closed garage adjoining the house (villa "le clos de l'olivier") or in the garden (villa "pichouline").

Finally, on our property (which includes two villas and a country house), you can enjoy from June, a sauna accessible to all of our guests (50 € extra for 1 week for all guests of our house).

Near our house (1 km), you will find all the shops.

We are fortunate to be in a region that offers many cultural, sporting, traditional activities; a rich and varied terroir and vineyards, many remarkable natural sites, a renowned heritage, ... in short, authentic and sunny holidays, adapted to all tastes and all your desires ... My wife and I will be delighted to advise you on ideas for visits and outings ....(The Cèze valley and its many listed villages, the Ardèche gorges, the Chauvet cave, the Orgnac aven, the Duchy of Uzes, the Cévennes, the Pont du Gard, Nîmes, Avignon, the Mont Ventoux, ...)
