This Gulf-front home is well equipped and ready to host your annual vacation with the family (dogs included)! The deck offers panoramic views across the water, and you can admire the vista from the large sliding glass doors off the living room. The private boardwalk takes you down to the beach where shelling, fishing, and crabbing are abundant, as are sightings of dolphins, eagles, and other wildlife!

Kayaking, fishing, and golfing are popular activities here, and must-see attractions include the St. Joseph Bay State Buffer Reserve Center (five miles away) for hiking, biking, horseback riding, and bird watching. You'll also be 11 miles south of the Cape San Blas Lighthouse, which offers bay views from the top and a gift shop inside.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at A Wise Way. The location is perfect—right on the beach, close to Cape San Blas, stores, and downtown Port St. Joe. The house was very comfortable, and we appreciated meeting the owner’s grandson next door, who kindly offered to help if needed. We loved the peaceful days on the beach with no crowds. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home right on the beach!

The home is very comfortable! The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals with enough plates and utensils to serve many! The beds are comfortable with nice linens and pillows. There is a boardwalk to the beach, just steps away from the home. No crowds on the beach. The shower below the deck with Hot/Cold water is wonderful! We will definitely return to Wise Way!

Awesome Rental

The house is great-exactly what you are needing for a beach house. It was very clean, and it has every kitchen gadget you need. It even has some leftover floaties/beach gear in the laundry room. I loved the privacy of the beach. There were a few families scattered, but nothing compared to Destin, etc. A sea turtle even laid her eggs in front of our house while we were there! There is a restaurant - Indian Pass Raw Bar- about half a mile down the road, and it has the most phenomenal steamed shrimp! We ate there every day. There is about a 2 hour wait every night, so you may want to send someone to put your name on the list.

Great getaway

Perfect for our small family, plenty of space for a family of 3-6. Unfortunately the washer was out of balance during our stay.Quiet beach with plenty of privacy. Would love to stay here again.

Awesome Beach House

We had a great time at the beach the week after Christmas! Plenty of room for our group of four adults and two dogs. Not sure who liked the beach more…We had not stayed on that part of 30A before and will definitely stay again as the beach is beautiful and very pet friendly…and 5 minutes from The Raw Bar! The house is great and very well stocked! Don’t let the pictures of an “older” house discourage you from renting this one.
