Marina Sol Pool View 2 bedroom Condo 1 Block to Mendano Beach! Walk Everywhere!

Marina Sol is an Awesome complex that is just a block away from Mendano Beach. Our Complex is located in the town of Cabo San Lucas so you can walk everywhere! We are a block from the Beach, The Mall, the Marina and to town. No car needed!

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a perfect Pool View of Marina Sol's extra large swimming pool. Gorgeous remodeled Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and granite counter tops. One flight of stairs leads to the perfect balcony to view the gardens and pool while you relax. Front bedroom has twin beds that can be put together for a King bed. Master bedroom has a queen bed and a double futon.

Rental rate range from $195 to $250 per night depending on time frame. Holiday rates are $250 a night. There is also a check in and cleaning fee of $70 this goes to the Management. Administrative fee of $30. Cleaning fee . The check in fee and cleaning fee is for when you arrive at the condo someone will check you in and the condo will be clean.

Our onsite management team is located in the lobby to help book any exclusions, help with any questions or in the rare case of an issue - they will resolve it.

We do not allow refunds for cancellations. The exception is if we can re-book your dates. We will try to re-book your dates If we cannot re-book then we ask that you use the condo another time during off season - Non holidays. Usually May to October. There is a cancellation / re-booking fee of $200. Please email any questions.

We had a fantastic stay at Marina Sol. The location of the condo is hard to beat—just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants, and about a 10-minute walk to the marina, which made getting around incredibly easy.The unit itself was ideal for our stay, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a great patio that opens right toward the pool—literally just steps away. It made relaxing and enjoying the space effortless. The pool bar and restaurant were also a highlight, and every employee we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience.Communication with both the property management team and the owner was flawless—quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth from start to finish.There were just a couple of minor details that could use a bit of improvement. The door to the back room with the laundry could use some attention, and it would be helpful to have a few extra basic cleaning supplies stocked, as we ended up purchasing some during our stay. That said, these were small items and didn’t take away from the overall experience.Overall, a wonderful stay in a perfect location—we would absolutely come back and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient Cabo getaway.Also the rental manager was able to pickup and drop us off at the airport for a great price.

Not fancy, but well located and suitably equipped. The outdoor areas and the pool area are lovely. Just a five minute walk to the beach. An affordable option in the increasingly pricey Medano beach area.

Christmas in Cabo

We had a wonderful stay in Cabo! The condo was great! It had everything we needed! Marina Sol felt very safe and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the cantina for breakfast most mornings (breakfast special including coffee was only 5) and we ate there for dinner several nights as well! They even had vegan pizza which was very good. Marina Sol is in a great location. We could easily walk to the beach, the marina, and even Walmart. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great property Great location

The condo at Marina Sol had everything we needed. The property was in a great location and the facilities were well kept. Staff were helpful and friendly. The condo was well equipped and nicely laid out but it could use a bit of maintenance and up-keep. We found Cabo very expensive so ended up preparing most meals in the condo. The kitchen is large and well equipped.

Quick Getaway

Condo was great! Near the pool, clean, and well-supplied. The owner was responsive when I had questions, never made me feel that I was a bother. All employees of the property were very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcomed. Had a wonderful massage in the resort spa. We will absolutely go back and stay in the same condo! Only complaint, the property has two bars that are very overpriced. They both have a fun environment but $12 dollars for a 1.5-ounce pour is just silly. Happy Hour is from 4pm-6pm, the offers are minimal. Buy one Tecate get one for free and a pink lemonade drink were the only offers for the Happy Hour. Be sure to stop by Walmart or Costco on your way to the property!

Great Condo in Great Location

We loved this condo. It's on the second floor looking directly out on the pool area which is very pretty. Location is ideal - short walk to both beach and marina. The overall feel of Marina Sol is very friendly and does not feel touristy. The staff is super friendly and takes care of anything y9ou need. 2-6pm happy hour margaritas for $3 each, served to you in the hot tub! We will be back.

There are many nicer places than this one that I have stayed in.

Are room was sub-par with a lot of issues. The hotel staff minus the concierge was slow and unengaged. The pool WAS NOT HEATED. Most days even though the outside temp was in the 80's NOBODY got in the pool. Check in process was terrible! They treated the VRBO people like second class citizens.

We are a condo association, not a hotel. Each condo is privately owned and managed by property managers. We are sorry he did not enjoy his stay. Due to a check in snafu - He was an hour early, the check in process did not go smoothly and all participants were offended by each other. Guest said he had issues with a few things in the condo but he did not report them to our onsite Manager because of what happened during his check in. We cannot fix what we do not know about. The pool should have been heated and I have forwarded this complaint to our HOA General Manager. Our complex is a friendly welcoming environment so I am not sure what exactly happened to make him feel not welcomed. We have been renting our condo since January 1999 and usually everyone is happy to have our guests stay and visit. Again we apologize that he had some issues.
