Upscale, newly renovated second floor unit in lovely Park Shore neighborhood at Park Shore Resorts. Enjoy this brand new, deluxe, 2 bedroom condo. Located west of Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail) conveniently located between trendy Waterside Shops and the Village Shops on Venetian Bay (Venetian Village). Located just 1.3 miles from the beach and minutes from historic downtown Naples. This sought after community is convenient for walking, biking and is just a short drive to nearby Vanderbilt or Clam Pass Beach.

Our condo association will collect a $100 fob fee at check-in for access to the condo and amenities.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo had nice accommodations and we especially enjoyed the balcony view. Check in went smoothly, even with our last minute reservation.

awesome property

After a mix up checking in where the reception desk did not have our reservation, the condo owners made it right by having the unit cleaned immediately and treating us to drinks at Hogfish Harry's (excellent restaurant on the property). The condo had many extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for guest use. The property is located in a popular area and has a nice pool, grilling area, tennis and pickleball courts. Unit was very comfortable and well appointed.

Would recommend this unit

We enjoyed the grounds, pool and restaurant on siteand it was nice to have an east facing balcony for morning tea in the sunshine. We used the pickle ball courts (just ok, but nice to have right there) and were close enough to walk to Publix, the beach for a sunset (20 minutes), etc.

Great location

Nice restaurant by pool. Lush greenery around complex with ducks , turtles and birds. People friendly. Close to grocery store and shops . Only downside was construction and unable to use lanai.

This property has a great location, close to beach and lots of restaurants. The owners suit has a very comfortable king size bed for excellent sleep. This property has beautiful landscaping with a beautiful pool with waterfalls.

Our complex is a tropical oasis in Naples, Florida, complete with serene waterways and lavish greenery that will make you feel miles away, while centrally located to everything you need. Hog Fish Harry's is a great on site restaurant, book early... it fills up.
