Lovely stay at Naples Cay

We enjoyed our stay at Club 103. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. We were pleased to find everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended for either couples or families. The Pool is very nice and whist well used. We had no issues with finding loungers. The Beach is nearby, and is indeed very nice and reasonably quiet. So ideal for a lovely holiday.

We have stayed in this building several times. The amenities (pool, gym, beach, etc) are absolutely terrific. The condo was one of the best we have stayed in. Very clean, updated, and bright. Everything we needed was available to us including all of the things needed for hanging on the beach. We would highly recommend this unit and this location.

Totally updated well equipped condo. Loved the view off the lanai, easy boardwalk to beach, warm pool and hot tub. Not very crowded for 2nd week of March. Nice walking paths in the area. Outfitted with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Lots of privacy on the beach away from public beaches.

We loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described and the view from the balcony was even more magical than the pictures. We watched the sun set every evening. The Village shops are a short walk so you can have a nice stroll to the coffee shop on the morning and easy to walk to restaurants and an ice cream shop as well. The beach is beautiful and the pool lovely as well.

After Thanksgiving Retreat

Property inside and out was very well maintained. The condo was comfortable from the living area living area furniture to the bedroom furniture. Very well equipped and everything was in good working order. We used the gym daily and the proximity from the unit to the gym was 2 flights of steps. The walk to the beach was easy and pleasant. Pool area was well maintained and clean. Beach and pool equipment was great complete with beach chairs. We loved everything about our stay!

thanksgiving week with famiy

We loved our stay at the club at seagate! The unit itself was super clean, comfortable and very well equipped, from cooking equipment to beach towels to multiple sets of dishes and glassware. We cooked most of our meals there, and had everything we needed! We also really appreciated the large balcony with dining table (and pool and ocean views!) We had a jigsaw puzzle going at the dining room table, so it was nice to have option to sit at a table outside for all our meals! For our group; my mom, my 2 twenty something daughters and myself; this unit with 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms shared a bath, owners suite had on suite bath) was particularly well suited for us to have space to spread out. The pool area was very nice, but we did spend a lot of our time at the beach. One of the perks of this unit is the well stocked beach closet; with beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc. We just couldn't have asked for a better place! The host answered any question very quickly, our weather was perfect and the condo and the club at seagate was a great place to stay!

Perfect location and property close to the beach

This was a great condo that was perfectly located closely to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. The beach area was secluded and there was no desire to find a better area. We did venture out to a few others but our area was, by far, the best! We saw many dolphins and other wildlife and the seaweed was not an issue at all. The condo itself was roomy, clean and comfortable for 5 of us. The property manager was quick and responsive to any questions or concerns. The only issues were that there were not necessary amenities like tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, etc. available or supplied like we had always had at other condos. We then had to make more grocery stops within a week stay. Also, the cleaning lady arrived at 8 am on our departure day. She sat outside our condo until we left at our departure time at 10 while checking in with us again around 9:30 am. Overall, we would stay here again. You can't beat the location!

What a Gem in Naples

My husband and shared a wonderful week at the Club 103. The view of the grounds, pool and beach were straight on gorgeous views. As I’m a bit afraid of heights, the floor level we were on was perfect. The outdoor veranda was spacious. The unit itself gave us space and room but was cozy enough for a couple. We typically visit Florida in the fall and hope to return here next year and for longer than a week. Thank you to our hosts for all graciousness and kindness. P.s. If I have a negative, and it’s a very small one, it’s that the building uses Direct TV. Not a fan. I’m a cable user at home. My suggestion would be to convert to Roku which offers more live/current content and more user friendly. Pat and Bert

Great property, great host!

This was our second year staying at Naples Cay. The previous year, we rented a similar unit. I would describe Naples Cay as a peaceful, family-oriented community with a beautiful private beach. The pool and fitness center are maintained meticulously. This unit is well-appointed. The view is gorgeous and it is kept in spotless tip-top condition. It was well equipped with supplies like paper towels, laundry detergent etc. The Nespresso Virtuo machine was an especially nice touch. The host(ess) made sure everything from check-in to check-out was a breeze. Communication was frequent and thorough. It could not have been better. One final word of caution about Naples Cay that has nothing to do with the host or this unit: Summer is renovation season and the buildings have been undergoing renovations for two years. Loud heavy construction equipment, work beginning early in the morning, closed parking lots, and heavy dust are the norm. None of these things detracted from our stay. But if that's the sort of thing that might bother you, you may want to check on the progress before booking a summer stay. They were minor inconveniences that were more than offset by the beautiful unit, the gorgeous property, and the wonderful host.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Very clean place. The owners r very easy to talk to n work with. People that work there are great n friendly. Very close to All stores. Very easy to get in n out . It over looks the pool. It’s literally 1/10 of a mile to the beach. I mean to the water and beach. It’s right there. Beautiful sunsets. We saw Dolphins while we were sitting on the beach. Bottom line, book it. It’s worth it!!!

We stayed here at the end of April 2022 with our two your young boys. The condo was perfect for our family. It has everything you could ever need and more. Location location location! Not only is the best pool in Naples out your back door, but your own private beach access is only a few hundred yard away. The condo was clean and comfortable, with super fast high speed Wi-Fi and direct TV. Two bath rooms was more than enough for the 4 of us and the check in process was a breeze. We can’t recommend this condo enough, you couldn’t possibly be disappointed with anything.
